This Gulf-view townhome on Pensacola Beach is built for easygoing beach days, family time, and a little friendly competition along the way.
Step inside on the ground level and you’ll find a garage that’s been transformed into a full-on game room. It’s packed with ways to keep everyone entertained, including a pool table, ping pong, foosball, skeeball, two dart boards, a basketball hoop, and even an oversized Connect Four game. There is also a paddleboard ready for the water, two extra refrigerators for drinks and snacks, plus a sofa, chairs, and a large flat screen TV for when you’re ready to kick back and relax.
Upstairs on the main living level, the space opens up into a comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a large flat screen TV, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a fun-filled day in the sun. The dining table seats up to six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig and regular coffee maker combo to keep mornings running smoothly. Just down the hall, you’ll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed that’s perfect for kids.
On the top floor, there are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sharing a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall, the master bedroom offers a king bed, a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate stand-alone shower, and access to its own private balcony.
Each level offers its own space to spread out, while the balconies provide Gulf views that remind you why you came to Pensacola Beach. Whether you're starting your morning with coffee and salty air or winding down after a full beach day, this townhome makes it easy to settle into vacation mode.

We had such a great stay! The property is HUGE, incredibly clean, and has so many fun amenities. The location is amazing, especially if you have kids—it’s so easy to run back to the house to use the restroom, grab lunch, or take a quick break from the beach without it being a whole ordeal.It’s also within walking distance of an amazing coffee shop, which was such a plus! The area itself is quiet and peaceful while still being close to everything you need. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this house!
