Well stocked and beautiful home in a great area. We had a prime location to see the Blue Angels. The host was great at communication.

Thanks for staying! I actually came right after you and got to see the blue angels for the first time at our property, mind blowing how good they are!! I didnt realize that they circle Sabine Bay right over us to do tricks up and down the beach. Ill be updating pictures and the video soon to share with everyone. Even if someone doesnt book for the big blue angels week, they can check the training schedule and see them practice. So cool.

Location was perfect! Space in home was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Kitchen had everything needed and there were more than enough bath towels for the 7 of us staying. A bonus we were not expecting was the outdoor shower in covered parking space to rinse off from the beach and to clean our beach gear. We do plan on making this our “go to” place to stay when we visit again!

This was the perfect vacation and vacation rental! The condo exceeded every expectation we had and then some! First of aal, the view of the ocean from the master bedroom was serene and being able to walk out the back door and drink coffee, paddle board, or fish and swim in the bay was amazing. Then we noticed you can watch dolphins swimming in the bay while you eat breakfast. What a way to start your day! Also, we were able to see the Blue Angels practicing on Tuesday and Wednesday. One of the best things was being within walking distance on the beach to the boardwalk and all the restaurants and shops. This is the perfect vacation spot in Pensacola and i would highly recommend it to anyone.!

This was truly the perfect house for our family!! the house itself was beautiful and spotless. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and we absolutely loved switching to the bay side in the afternoon to paddle board and swim. The views on the bay side are amazing. The house is so well stocked! There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both showers. Everything you need for the beach is provided. (6 beach chairs, a beach cart, 2 umbrellas and a nice boogie board). I could’ve saved myself a ton of packing had I known how well stocked it truly was. Would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!

We really liked the location. On the bay and just about 100yd walk to be on the beach. Really easy. Most of our time was impacted by storms or Double red flag beach days. Being directly on the bay where the kids could fish and swim and play was a life saver and made for an enjoyable time even with challenging circumstances. Internet wasn’t working the first day or so, but they got it reset pretty quickly once we asked. Things weren’t the most clean when we arrived, sandy and the dish washer was full. We ran the dishwasher and after a couple of days our mess kinda just blended in, so it was all good. We would stay here again.

Thanks for staying! We just hired a new cleaner and they sent us a video when it was done and it looked clean, but they didn't open the dishwasher in the video. We will make sure that is corrected going forward. Thank you for the feedback, we always want to give a 5 star guest experience.

The place has everything you can possibly need for a relaxing stay. The entire place is spotless. Having the washer and dryer available was a plus. Our clothes were washed before leaving and no need to wash clothes after the trip. Launching the paddle board right out from the back yard was easy. Being in protected water meant that even though it was choppy and windy elsewhere we enjoyed paddling in the immediate area. The sand bar in the bay isfun walk on low tide and has rays swimming all over.

The condo itself was fabulous. It was perfect for all of our needs. It was wonderful to have all of the extras like the paddle board, chairs, floats, umbrellas, life jackets and they even had a cart to haul it all to the beach. The beach was conveniently located right across the road. Our kids loved the bay side as well. They fished, crabbed and swam out there daily. It was confusing as to which dock we were to use. The private beach was completely covered with bushes though. There was a small space of sand in front of the condo next door. They let us use it. The neighbors there are amazing!!!!!The tub and sink drains needed to be cleaned. The hair on them was disgusting. Other than the drains and private beach area, this was a perfect place for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

I got great news, because of your comment about the private beach i was able to coordinate with my neighbors and we have all agreed to hire a landscaper and clear that brush out! So the beach on the bay will be nothing but sand in the future! Fantastic idea! We hope to get that done before the end of 2026!

This house understood the assignment!! Epic views of the gulf and lil sabine, centralized location to do everything on the beach, a gulf walkover literally across the street and a deep water dock i was able to keep my gulf boat tied up at right behind the house! The house is deceiving because when we went inside we all were like this is awesome and way bigger inside than it looks from the front driveway, theres so many rooms and beds and the master bed is super nice!! the owners have done a great job making it feel like home we cant wait to come back 10/10 recommend

It was an incredible trip. What stood out was that while I’m sitting in my living room I had expensive views of the bay and boats and wildlife. But just 50 foot out my front door, I had the Gulf of America beaches and it was a beautiful morning stroll, the kids collecting seashells and my wife catching the sun. The food at Flounders was perfect & just 1 minute away!! There is not a better location to stay for your next Vrbo beach getaway. We even had all the best and newest cookware for a family dinner for 10! The sleep was great too, I loved the en-suite in my master bedroom and the kids enjoyed the big bunk beds. The host was very sponsor and met my every need. Can’t wait to go back!

This location was absolutely perfect!!! We walked to the beach. We enjoyed a cup of coffee watching dolphins play in the bay right from the living room window. And we drove to the BEST restaurants within minutes. There was so much to discover in downtown Pensacola. And as an added bonus we drove 3 minutes down the street to watch a Blue Angels Practice Run! Our kids walked to the pier in the morning for donuts. This was a stress free vacation due to the endless options for our whole family. We even stumbled upon karaoke at Sandshakers and live music at Flounders. Our favorite was dinner during sunset at Grand Marlins. We were centrally located to all of these memorable moments for our family. It was very refreshing to have a condo that clean, bright, and fully stocked with coffee, dishes, condiments, trash bags and even laundry detergent! There were plenty of beds and lots of room for our family of seven. Also, the beach was absolutely refreshing. It was beautiful and less crowded than any other beach we have been to in a while. Nothing beats the white sand and clear water! We really enjoyed our stay.

Hey hey Ya’ll! We are from Chattanooga TN, but i was born in Pensacola FL and we are super excited to host for your family right here on Pensacola Beach!!! Our family enjoys hitting the beach, relaxing in on the white sands, playing in the waves, surf fishing, boogie & paddle boarding! We started our journey as hosts with our first property in Miramar Beach and enjoyed it so much that we decided slowly build a portfolio of beach properties up and down the panhandle.

Pensacola Beach is stunning. Its actually its own little southern island floating in the Gulf of America! We are located right down the road from Fort Pickens, a beautiful natural park and historic fort that was issued to built by Andrew Jackson! We are walking distance from the home of the original bush wacker at the SandShaker! And we are next to Pensacola Beach board walk and Fishing Pier!

Our spacious Townhome, offers a unique Dual View that cant be found anywhere else period. Wake up in the master bedroom to see the Gulf of America! Relax in the living room as you watch paddle boarders, kayakers, and dolphins play in little Sabine Bay. The dolphins will sometimes hunt mullet all the way up to our dock. And yes if your a boating enthusiast or like to deep sea fish you can pull up and park up to a 27ft boat at our deep water dock!
