This ideal gulf-side home with ample parking and lush green yard is located on beautiful Pensacola Beach which is known for its sugar white sands, sparkling emerald-green waters and a treasure trove of family focused fun.

Location, Location!
Easy access to both the Beach and Santa Rosa Sound. Just one house over for a quick 4-minute, paved walk to the Beach or a 2-minute stroll to the Sound for kayaking or fishing. Whatever you want to do, it’s easy to get there from here!

Open and Light
Inside the home you'll find an open living area with comfortable, stylish sofas, large Smart TV, and a spacious dining table that seats between 6 to 8 easily. Along with the well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig K-Duo, eat in table and chairs, you will have everything you need to entertain your family and friends' night after night.
And when it’s time to get some rest, there are three of the four bedrooms located just off the main living area. The master bedroom features 1 King bed and a private bathroom with stand-alone shower and a large, jetted tub. Down the hall are the second and third bedrooms, one with 1 Queen bed, and the other with 1 King bed. Each bedroom has a brand-new Smart TV for all of your entertainment needs and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjacent to each room. Up the steps to the top floor of this home is the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of twins over twin bunk beds, 1/2 bath, and a TV area with loveseat, perfect for plugging in those game systems you know they can’t live without.

Let’s go outside . . .
From the living area, step out onto the wrap-around balcony which offers a dining table and makes for the perfect place to grill out and enjoy the cool breezes of the beach while spending time with family and friends. Downstairs in the garage area you’ll find a ping pong table for hours and hours of competitions, as well as all the chairs, toys and umbrellas you’ll need for your days at the beach!

Much needed vacay!

The House was perfect and roomy. The beach was an easy and convenient walk from the house ! Plenty of activities to keep 4 teenagers busy for a week!! Thank you! We even got to see a water spout!

Great Vacation House!

The bunk room was amazing for the younger kids and the house had plenty of living space for all of us. Access to the beach was easy and only a 4-minute walk (if that). Restaurants, boardwalk, pier were only a 5-minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Adult family trip

Too many stairs for one older adult. Plenty of room to spread out. Amenities as described. We weren’t crawling all over each other. Nicely decorated. Did crafts, chilled out, played games, cooked, ate and were witching very close walking distance to the bay and Oceanside beaches.
