From the bay to the beach, this two-bedroom bungalow on Manasota Key offers the best of Gulf Coast living. This family-friendly retreat offers Old Florida charm and a convenient location on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the beach and great local dining options. Sarasota and Ft. Myers attractions are both an easy day trip away. For effortless days at the beach, the home provides beach chairs, noodles, beach toys, and a beach wagon. Rinse-off sandy toes in the hot/cold outdoor shower before heading back inside.



**Two Kayaks Available for guest use** - Kayaks are use at your own risk



The cozy, open living area comes well-furnished for in-home comfort. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances and utensils needed for preparing everything from beach snacks to homemade meals. After the day's adventures, unwind with a cold drink out on the patio or relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Powerful mini-split ACs throughout the home keep everyone cool and comfortable. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Old Florida Charm!

We loved everything about the Sandy Feet Retreat. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. We hope we can stay here again.

The location was great, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the excellent restaurants and bars on the key. The house was absolutely lovely and well cared for. We did have an issue with the indoor shower during our stay but within an hour of me requesting help, I had received a call from the local property manager to resolve the issue. We loved our time here and hope to visit again in the future!

Quiet beach

Cozy, well equipped cottage located on a quiet street with the woods behind the house. Very private feel. About 10 houses away from a very quiet beach that is perfect for shell and shark tooth hunting.

Very cute beach cottage in excellent walking distance to both Lemon Bay (which you can see from dining room) & beach. Recently updated. Kitchen is nice although no dishwasher, coffee pot, wine glasses or grill (although listing says grill). Very clean. Nice outside shower in back.

160 Baguette was a clean, convenient and in a beautiful place. The accommodations were plentiful and very appreciated. I did utilize the stovetop during my stay and I would encourage opening the doors and using the fans to ensure adequate ventilation so that the house doesn’t hold on to the aroma. The bathroom is quite tiny but cute. I encourage the outdoor shower which is effective and the area behind the home is private. You get what you pay for and that’s good enough for me and hopefully for everyone else who stays here.

Propiedad con exelente ubicacion a minutos caminando a la playa barrio tranquilo casa remoderada buena climatizacion equipada con todo nuevo en cocina camas limpias y muy comodas bella decoracion .Rapida y buena atencion desde servicio al cliente servicio de limpieza administracion y Dueno.Solo un pequeno detalle y es poca presion o aveces ninguna agua en la ducha del bano principal pero cuenta en el patio con un confortable bano con ducha yo recomendaria este maravillosa lugar y volvere pronto
