Perfect family beach destination . 3 minute walk to beach, less than 10 minute walk to bars/restaurants and shops . Short drive to up and coming downtown Englewood . Two bedroom one bathroom, full kitchen . Washer/dryer, outdoor shower . We have 2 bikes , 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas.

Great little house near the beach!

Love this place! Very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location, two doors down from a spot to watch the sunrise over the bay and a few minutes walk to a beautiful, quiet beach! Great screened in back porch for lounging. Jason was also very responsive to my questions. We'll be back!

Beach Vacation

We love Manasota Key and have visited several times and this home was one of our favorites! It is exactly as described and clean and comfortable. You can walk easily to the beach and the house has chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Also, there are a couple fun restaurants nearby that you can walk to but there is a free shuttle service if you prefer that. Owner was quick to reply when we had questions. We will stay here again!

Beach Weekend

This an amazing beach get away! We loved every minute in this cozy cottage steps away from a beautiful beach! Everything you need for a beach weekend is there (beach towels, chairs, toys, an ice chest, and even 2 cute beach bikes!

Heaven in Englewood

My best friend and I were so lucky to find Jason's place when looking for a place to stay while checking off a bucket list item of Spring Training with the Braves in North Port. Our accomodations exceeded our expectations and those of the pictures shared by the VRBO owner. The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed. You could watch the sun rise on Lemon Bay and it set on the Gulf. We were only 8 miles from North Port, home of the Cool Today Park, the Braves' Spring Training compound. We ate dinner at three local restaurants--2 were very good. If you have the chance to visit Englewood FL, you won't regret staying here.

Cozy stay by the beach

I stayed here with my husband and almost three year old. We felt right at home. Super safe area, close to the beach with all the essentials for in-home cooking. The provided bikes were a great bonus. We used them a couple times a day & also used them to ride to Beachcomber Trading Post for breakfast and coffee. Beach is right down the street and we also walked there every day. There were a bunch of beach toys which our daughter loved. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great home by the beach

I enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the bay. Quiet location and comfortable home. The owner has accommodated lots of small details and an accessories to enjoy your stay. I’ll be back!

Super Easy & Super Convenient

This property is super easy and super convenient. Super easy check in and check out
no stressing about reading 10 pages of dos and don’ts and cleanup. The property itself is easy in general and self-explanatory. It’s within walking distance of almost everything on the Key, especially restaurants. The use of the bikes was a great bonus and being such a short distance from the ocean beach and the bay was so nice. Neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. A great stay, we would recommend and book again.

Great Week in Manasota Key

The cottage was a perfect place for our group of 5. Very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing location-we could walk to restaurants and to the state park. Highly recommend!

Relaxing & Spacious

The house was a lot bigger than other 2 bed rooms I’ve stayed in. Plenty of room! It was clean & neat. I appreciated the easy communication with the owner, answering my questions quickly. The amenities were just as described. The house was stocked conveniently with necessities like toilet paper & spices. I love this location! The beach is also quiet & relaxing!!! Not crowded at all.

Work Vacation

We came down to work on our house in Englewood that was damaged by Hurricane Ian and stayed here for five nights. The house is very comfortable and in a GREAT location. The host was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to the couple of questions that we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!
