Beachside King Suite on Englewood Beach

Guest Favorite, fully remodeled and designed for guest comfort, Unit THREE is smaller but packs a punch!

New full kitchen (no dishwasher), an oversized L shaped sofa, a luxurious king bed with cotton linens, and a true twin size chair sleeper for the mini you / travel companion.

A large corner yard with a firepit, hammock for afternoon naps, and a bbq grill.

All our units are supplied with beach gear as the sand is right outside each door!

The neighboring property has begun rebuilding post hurricane. Their work may cause occasional daytime noise/traffic (a specific timeline of projects is not available to us) Our home is not affected, and we’ll do our best to keep your stay comfortable. The beach and beach access are open, beautiful. A large portion of the key in general is still heavily recovering and some form of construction may be encountered with the one main road on the key.

The Salty Surfer is family owned and we greatly appreciate your support of our community during rebuilding, excited to have you as our guest.

This place is exceptional price for all the amenities and location. The inside is perfectly cleaned by the owners and has new furniture and appliances. The extras that are supplied are great: from shampoo to coffee to free laundry to beach amenities. You don’t have to bring anything except clothing. It has a private fenced in seating area with a grill. This could not have been better.

This was such a delightful stay! The property was clean and accommodating, and had everything my husband and I needed. The host was very communicative and helped us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and would highly recommend!

This is our favorite stay at Manasota Key! The owners are fantastic. The first time we stayed I accidentally left my swimsuit and they sent it back with no charge. This year we had an emergency and had to change our dates, and they immediately swapped it for us. The property is always fresh and clean, and they left us a lovely snack gift basket. Beach access is steps away, and the shark tooth searching is the best in the state.

The rental was very clean, extremely well stocked with essentials, very short walk to the beach (less than a minute for us). Great location on Manasota Key and close to several restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Excellent stay!!

My husband and I had a great time at the Salty Surfer. They offered every amenity that you would need, everything is well orgaanized and the place is extremely clean. We would definitely return.

Everything was perfect!!! The most adorable suite and perfect for two! The reading nook was possibly my favorite amenity! But this location had everything from a beautiful yard and fire pit, a grill, close to the door parking, security, amenities to get us going, and the best beach! Our host was beyond accommodating and this perfect rental helped bring my mind and soul back to peace!

Might have been better if it was marked for the Salty Surfer guests as the next-door neighbor had no trespassing signs on all the trees leading to the beach. Made it confusing to know what path we could use to get to beach.

A true gem for a relaxing getaway! My husband and I had an incredible time at the Salty Surfer. This place is a perfect blend of clean, modern, style and thoughtful details. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well stocked and spotless everything was. They’ve truly thought of everything, providing essentials from all kitchen needs to backyard and beach must have. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach. We loved not having to worry about parking or long drive to get to the sand. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing escape, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Place

This was truly the best place we have stayed at in Englewood. The property was comfortable, on the beach, and had everything you would need. The communication was great and our questions were answered immediately. I would definitely stay here or one of the other properties in the future.

The host went over and beyond with small amenities for convenience. The unit was clean and very modern updates. The patio area was perfect for grilling and hanging out with a fire pit . Outdoor lightning made the perfect ambience with our glass of wine. The beach is a short walk with beach chairs available. We loved this place, and we'll be back. Thank you Rita

Beautiful new abode

This property is beautiful and well maintained, with many personal touches for guests. The decor is so cute, and very clean and fresh. Beach access is just steps down the drive. Perfect for a couple's getaway. We really appreciated the no-hassle check out.
