Awesome vaca home!

We found that the location was perfect! You are close enough to make it to Fort Meyers or Sanibel Island in a short drive. Cape Coral itself is beautiful too! The home was beautiful, very clean and a relaxing place to hang out!

This was a beautiful home! This place is in a nice quiet area. The pool was awesome! Has a screen over, so no bugs are able to get you! It is cooler in the screen by the pool, but you are able to lay in the grass or on the patio by the inlet for more heat! Super clean! Would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome Vacation House!!

We had a wonderful stay at Venetian Blue! The house is beautiful and and pool was awesome!! We were able to relax by the pool and enjoy time together. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Our boys loved fishing and swimming in the pool. It was a beautiful week. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We loved it!!

Beautiful well stocked home

Our stay was for 10 days. The home was immaculately clean. We enjoyed time by the heated pool! The furnishings in this home are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had every thing we needed to prepare our own meals. I appreciate the washer and dryer while on vacation. The owner as well as Vacasa were very responsive to anything we needed or questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this home!

Beautiful, spacious newer home. Clean, neatly organized and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Outstanding outdoor heated pool with special water features. So enjoyed the lanai area with built in grill, frig and sink. I did not want to leave this home. Sure hope to come back. Local restaurants were great. It was the perfect place for our family to stay and get away from the snow and ice for a week. 5 Stars plus

Great location in the heart of Cape Coral

On the day of arrival we complained about 2-3 issues regarding the cleanliness of the house, which unfortunately went unheeded by the agency in charge, even though we sent 4 emails. In fact we also had live roaches in the bedroom area, master bath and utility room. Otherwise, a really nicely located house, right between the two main bridges, which made getting to downtown Fort Meyers or the beaches easy.

Fantastic rental home

We normally do not leave reviews, but we wanted to let future renters know what a great house this is to rent. When we entered the home, it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we could possibly need for our vacation, including beach towels. Vacasa was extremely responsive whenever we called. We had a few minor issues which included a broken patio loveseat. Vacasa already had purchased new outdoor furniture and was brought over the next day. The smoke alarm went off three times in a span of 2 hours and since it was at midnight and it didn’t go off anymore that night, they came the next morning and replaced the battery. We would definitely recommend renting this house.
