The Space:

This splendid escape is located right on one of Cape Coral's famed canals, complete with a private dock providing you with easy access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Fish and boat to your heart's content or simply soak up some sun while indulging in a dip in the home's sparkling, solar-heated pool! You can find great restaurants nearby as well as fantastic attractions, including Saratoga Lake Park, Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, Fellowship Park, Paul Sanborn Park, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.





Inside, this snowbird-friendly home away from home enjoys a spacious, single-story floor plan that comes well-appointed for equal parts comfort and family-friendly fun. Enjoy tranquil evenings watching your favorite movies and shows in the living room, furnished with a plush sectional, or go head-to-head with a few rounds of foosball. The large kitchen offers stainless steel appliances to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. There is even a coffee station with a drip coffee maker and an ice maker machine. All bedrooms have TVs and the primary suite includes an en suite bathroom boasting its own soaking tub and a separate shower.

Great vacation spot!

Great spot! The pool was awesome, I enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and watching the huge fish and turtles! Also saw a manatee! A quick 30 minute trip to ft. Myers which is also a great place. No complaints from me! Hope to be back next year!

Gross pool and Terrible customer service

It won’t let me type my entire review/experience as it’s too long. However VACASAs terrible customer service is why this rating is so low. They made me lose out on three days of our family vacation due to their lack of effort in getting the pool cleaned in a timely manner. Arrived with 4 kids to a 3 dimensional algae covered pool. It was entirely green. They didn’t care about this and I spent hours frustrated with them trying to fix the situation as the pool was 90% of our stay. Partial refund does not fix this review. NEVER will I stay or recommend another VRBO not owned by an actual person to anyone -this is the first and last home I will ever stay at managed by someone that is not the actual owner. They do not care about you or your actual needs. I really wish I could send photos of the pool to the actual owners so they could see how “great” of care their management team is doing.

Our notes indicate that the pool company did resolve the issue during your visit and we hope the compensation you received helped alleviate some of your frustration. Schönes Objekt

Sehr schönes Objekt, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Leider konnten wir nur einen Tag bleiben, da es sich in der Hurricane Evakuierung Zone befand. Wir hätten uns in der Situation mehr Unterstützung durch Vacasa gewünscht .
