The Space:

The sand and surf are mere steps from your door at this fifth-floor condo in North Ocean City. Half a block from the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway in the other, this is a wonderful home base for days spent swimming, surfing, kayaking, and beachcombing. You'll be a short stroll from an array of shops and eateries, four blocks from the Delaware state line, and a mile from Northside Park and its many sports fields, walking paths, piers, and annual events.



Begin each morning outside on the covered balcony - a delightfully shady spot to sip your coffee, have breakfast at the patio table, and take in the view of the city around you. Stand at the railing and you can even watch the ocean waves roll onto the sandy shore at the end of the block.



Inside, the condo is inviting and comfortable, with a palette of soft whites contributing to the sunny feeling throughout. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with a TV for your evening entertainment, and TVs in both bedrooms to lull you into a restful night's sleep. Other home essentials include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was perfect for a mini weekend on the beach. No problems at all. Very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great place just to sleep and go. If I ever need to do that again, I'd choose this condo again.

This is a lovely place, comfortable furniture, very nice beach oriented art work, large fully equipped kitchen, good sized dining area and attractive bedrooms and baths. Having an elevator and being only about 500 yards from the beach is ideal.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was a perfect fit for our getaway. The kitchen is stocked with all we needed for cooking some meals in and it’s within walking distance to some great restaurants. We loved the close access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was spacious and clean. The building and the area was quiet even in the middle of summer. it has everything you need. Just steps from the beach, which is not super crowded because of the location. Highly recommended

Very Nice - Location Awesome

I took my 2 grandkids, both 14, and my daughter. We were very pleased with your place. It was very clean, cool, and extremely convenient to the beach. We took the bus down to the boardwalk. Everything was easy to get to. I would def come again. Thank you for your kind hospitality and checking in with us.

Don’t rent from Vacasa - will not address any issues

When we arrived the parking spot for the unit was blocked off. Despite multiple calls, no one, from Vacasa to the unit owner, was able to assist with this for our entire stay. Unit was good location and well appointed with the items you would need during your stay. Beds were not very comfortable.
