Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very clean and updated unit. Family of four had a great stay and would gladly come back. Location in north OC is perfect. Steps to the beach and good restaurants are plentiful nearby. Again very clean. Which is a huge plus when dealing with beach places that can get sandy and messy. This place was spotless. Close to some great spots in fenwick like Surf Bagel and Matt’s Fish Camp.

Great place, perfect location! Kids could walk to get food or shopping. So close to the beach, so nice to be able to run back to eat or use the bathroom. Perfect spot for a quick beach trip!

Excellent Place to stay

The only complaint I have is that the shower was clogged and the master bed also makes a lot of noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo in a great location for a good price. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything seemed to be in great condition. I would love to stay here again; hoping the new owners continue to rent it out. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the condo; just the loud cars revving up and down Ocean Highway all day and evening and rude people taking up restaurant parking spaces so they could sit and look at the cars. If you are looking for a peaceful fall weekend away, do not go during the Cruisers Weekend.

Family of 5 that includes 3 teens. This set up was perfect. Well worth it and worth staying again in the future. Close to beach and everything else. Good parking. Quiet street. You have to be ok with stairs.

The place was perfect for our group of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. We were very close to the beach which made it easy for us to come and go. The place was well equipped and we rented chairs and a cabana from jcrentalsoc which worked out perfectly! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely decor. Great view. Off street free parking. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Great location. Close to highway 1 but on beach side. Only 3 buildings from the beach! Enjoyed the balcony. Easy paved walk to beach.

We had a great 4 night stay, it was exactly as described and very clean. Unit has all the details anyone would want or need, was very well equipped. Full length mirrors, lots of hangers, plenty of towel racks, blow dryer, etc. Beds were comfortable. Location is awesome. :)
