The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Inside this condo, you'll find a full kitchen, a mirrored wall in the living room that expands the ocean view, and access points to the private balcony in both the living room and the primary bedroom. Other features include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room and all of the sleeping spaces. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area, but The den is open (there's no partition/wall) Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The kitchen looked good and was mostly clean. The bathrooms were a little outdated but decent. We loved the overall decor of the place. We would love to stay again!

Great stay!

Great stay with the family. Easy checkin and everything was as advertised in the listing. Linen service was very helpful to have as well. Also the provided laundry pods, and trash bags were so helpful. Balcony provided great views of the beach and the building had numerous amenities for entertainment on rainy days. Overall great place to stay.

Sea Watch has so much to offer.. beach, game room, movie house, ice cream store, and more! This unit was the best location ever … it’s well equipped and nicely decorated. Mary Ellen & Autumn are so helpful and made check in so easy.

Clean with a great view, very comfortable!

Cleanliness is huge for my family with any rental and this home was exactly that. The view was exactly what the pictures showed and the furniture was comfortable. Master bed was a little firm but some people prefer that so I'm sure ideal for them. Very relaxing which is exactly what we needed!

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The bedding and linens were clean and unstained. The kitchen has what you need to make quick meals. The starter set they give you worked for a weekend. We had a good time.

Average condo- needs work

Nice pool, good location being close to beach. Needs bigger elevators to accommodate size of property. Master bed and bath need upgraded. No headboard on master bed. Refrigerator too close to cabinet and cannot open completely. Kitchen drawer falling out and could result in injury!

No response on reimbursement

Was without direct TV for 2 days due to transfer of ownership. Still haven’t been contacted by the owner or Vacasa as to who will reimburse me for the $50 as stated in the contract. Communication is lacking.

Sea Watch 611

The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The balcony and its view was simply gorgeous. The cabinets in the kitchens were in need of updating as the drawers were hard to open and falling apart for the price we paid. The one drawer in the bedroom also was hard to open. The beach was amazing in gaining access and the game room, billiards, movie cinema was great. The fact that you can hand feed to squirrels if you have peanuts was an added unexpected bonus. Check-in was a complete nightmare as people would use the carts and then leave them outside their room so those of us on the bottom floor of the parking garage were SOL as we sat for an hour and a half waiting for carts to be returned. The old policy (they don’t apparently use anymore) should be reinstated to have people leave a $10 refundable deposit when you return the cart to the bottom. The closet space was amazing. A huge recommendation would be to have had a list of what was already in the condo. We needed aluminum foil or Saran Wrap, but Splenda, sugar etc was already there. It would be nice to know what to bring based on what was there. We didn’t know what was there. We would have brought K-cups had we known there was only a Keurig machine and not a coffee machine. We had a great time and it was a beautifully decorated place with lots of beach chairs and toys in the laundry closet.
