Master Bedroom - 2 lits Queen, dressing, salle de bain privée et TV / DVD / magnétoscope.
Deuxième chambre à coucher - La deuxième chambre a 1 lit et 1 Single / Twin. Cette chambre peut accueillir 3 avec une salle de bain complète juste devant la porte de la chambre.

Le Capri est un choix GRANDE pour une escapade de détente paisible ou une aventure dans le soleil. Notre unité est le dix-neuvième étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la baie d'une fenêtre ou d'un balcon! Vous pouvez voir le lever de soleil sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil sur la baie! Nouvellement rénové, notre condo est lumineux et spacieux. Tous les lits sont neufs pour un séjour confortable. La salle à manger peut accueillir six confortablement, avec une belle vue sur l'océan. La cuisine dispose de toutes les commodités de la maison. Il ya même un compteur extra-large avec quatre tabourets de bar qui vous donne plus d'espace pour cuisiner ou tout simplement étalé.

La chambre principale est énorme avec un walk-in et comprend 2 lits queen, 1 table de nuit, et une longue commode supplémentaire avec miroir. Il ya aussi une télévision, un lecteur DVD et un magnétoscope. Le walk-in comprend des étagères pour l'espace de stockage supplémentaire. A, salle de bain privée complète cette salle.

La deuxième chambre peut accueillir 3 et a un lit double / full et un double / lit simple avec un placard en miroir. Le placard tiendra vêtements et beaucoup plus. La deuxième, salle de bain complète est directement en face de la salle. Il ya toujours beaucoup d'eau chaude pour les douches après une journée sur la plage.

Pleut dehors ... pas de problème! Le Capri possède une piscine de taille olympique couverte et chauffée, de nouveaux saunas, un terrain de basket-ball demi-terrain couverte, table de billard, table de hockey sur air, ping-pong, jeux d'arcade, une bibliothèque et une salle de work-out qui comprend tapis roulant, elliptique, appareil de musculation et plus. Tous ces extras sont situés au deuxième étage, avec votre accès direct à la plage. Le court de tennis est situé à côté de la piscine couverte pour tous les amateurs de tennis! Si vous aimez le soleil, mais je déteste le sable, le pont surdimensionné a tables avec parasols et chaises longues pour les bains de soleil. Nous avons même de soude et de snacks pour gérer vos envies! Des toilettes publiques sont idéalement situés en face de la piscine, donc un voyage à votre chambre ne sera pas nécessaire.

Venez vous détendre aux sons du ressac de l'océan, ou de vivre en place à l'emplacement de premier de la plage du Maryland - Capri copropriété est le seul choix pour vos prochaines vacances. Garez votre voiture et à pied de tout, ou prendre le bus pour Ocean City 3 $ toute la journée. Parking pour une voiture est inclus. Parking municipal est proche pour un taux raisonnable. La plage est à quelques pas de l'immeuble. On y trouve aussi un casier de stockage situé près de la plage pour un accès facile à stocker vos chaises de plage, parasol, et des jouets. Cinéma, shopping, épicerie, restaurants sont juste en face de la rue!

Great Rental

This was the perfect rental for our small family. My toddler had her own room separate from ours. It's quiet and clean as well. Location being on the beach was perfect. We enjoyed the pool as well!

Amazing Condo!

Amazing stay! Spent 5 days and 4 nights. Right off the beach with amazing view! Everything we needed at one location for the week. Steve was also awesome with the communication and quick responses. Already planning to book again next year!

Great Time

We loved this place. The views were beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone. Check in was easy no problem. There are containers on wheels to easily load/unload. Walk out on to the beach, arcade, basketball, indoor pool. Will definitely be back.

This condo has an amazing view. You can see the bay and the ocean when sitting at the table and from the balcony. We had an awesome view of the fireworks from the park. The condo over all is nice. There is a ton of storage and a huge closet to put your suitcases for the week so they are out of the way. We never had an issue getting on the elevator. The security/check in staff was not the nicest but overall we had a great stay. The indoor pool is nice and was never too crowded. However, at times it was really hot in there. This was a nice building and nice condo.

We found this condo clean and comfortable for 4 women! The landlord was quick to respond to any questions I had. What we really enjoyed were the amenities. The indoor pool is a real plus, especially if the weather turns on you. The saunas, the library and the fitness room were all well maintained. We had views of the bay at sunset and the ocean at sunrise. Reasonably priced per day during the shoulder season.

EXQUISITE BAY & OCEAN FRONT RETREAT

This North Ocean City Condo is Ocean Front, with magnificent views of the Sunrise & the Sunset from the Bayside. There are views from every window. The unit is very spacious & clean. There is everything in you need to cook with as well as a washer & dryer too. The condo is in walking distance to many restaurants & shops. Steve is a fantastic host & very accommodating. Thanks for wonderful time. Can't wait to return.

Lovely getaway

There was a little confusion about keys and the check in process and the cleaners did not do a great job (hair from previous renters in bathrooms). The location was fantastic and it was just what I wanted it to be. Happy with my stay overall. Steve was incredibly nice via email, phone and text. Just a note: I think some of the batteries in remotes and lightbulbs in the primary bath need replacing. Thanks!

Stay at Ocean City

The stay was great except for the cleaning person did not clean. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean before we started our vacation. However, Stephen made it right and apologized. It was not his fault. He returned my call and addressed the issue. Great condo and view. Would stay again!

The Property is perfect for a family of 5. The property has a great view of the bayside as well as the ocean, you see the morning sunrise. The buildings indoor pool was fabulous, as well as the staff. A couple of down falls were the kitchen utensils & cooking supplies need to be updates.(only 2 cooking pans). Another is the Dry vent is placed into the kitchen, area when you are drying your clothes it heats up the whole condo. While we were there we noticed The AC unit seems to have a hard time keeping up. During times using the dryer and the heat of the day. Overall!!! We were happy, we adapted.

Amazing views and great condo!

My sons and I stayed in this lovely condo for a long weekend. The views of the ocean, town and bay were excellent from the 19th floor balcony and also from the windows. There was a car show going on in OC at the time, so my sons were able to sit out on the balcony while watching supercars drive on the street below. The accommodations were very comfortable - my kids particularly loved the huge, L-shaped couch, and we had everything we needed to cook food we purchased from a nearby Acme. There are many restaurants and stores within easy walking distance, and The Capri has a nice indoor pool (which we didn't end up using because there were so many other things to do in the area). The fitness center was closed while we were there, but we all got plenty of exercise running and throwing a football on the beach, which is directly in front of The Capri. Steve was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, and couldn't have been more accommodating. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again very soon!

Great place

We had a great time here. Our favorite thing was the nice indoor pool and sun deck right on the beach. The condo was clean and it has everything you need. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The only thing I didn’t like was that my bed was really loud and squeaky. But I would most definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this property and the amenities included! Bedrooms and living areas are spacious. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly. This property fit our needs extremely well but if looking for luxury finishes, this will not be for you. We would book again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Loved this condo and the view of ocean and bay side from our balcony. Being up on one of the top floors with a great view was great. Lots of beds and space in the condo. Great place to stay in he off season with lots to do indoors for the kids.

Location, location, location

We loved the view of both the ocean and bayside. The owner of our condo was always available for any questions. We felt safe on the property due to having to use codes for entry of the building. Location was nice for easy grocery shopping and restaurants, extra parking close helped since we had 2 cars. Rained heavy on one of our days so the indoor pool was a plus.

Cute little condo

Very clean but could use some TLC and some updating. Perfect size for a family of 4. I misread the listing and thought the condo was oceanfront but it was ocean view from the side. Still a nice view. Pool was great. Building was clean. Elevators are slow. I'm sure that has to do with the fact its a 20 floor Building. The owner Steve is great to deal with.

Amazing views

This property has amazing views. It's very quiet. Great for a smaller family. Your directly on the beach when you the deck walkway of the building. The property owner was very great to work with while planning our vacation. Everything was made easy for us. We would stay again.
