The Space:

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Welcome to this beautiful, one-bedroom beachfront condo that has been completely renovated with a contemporary look! The condo offers a sofa bed in the living area, on-site washer/dryers, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, motorized roller shades that provide an unobstructed view of the ocean, two TVs, and countertop seating. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The best things about the room are the view, the bed and the kitchen. Everything just works. The Tiki bar and the Pool are excellent, and the beach is just a short walk. Hoping to buy our own place here one day.

Golden Sands is the place to stay.

Golden Sands is a lovely condominium. The amenities are great and this particular room was very comfy with accessible outlets and an A+ bed. The nest thermostat kept the rooms very comfortable and the clean up was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Off Season Stay

Cozy little place. It shows some wear and tear but was overall clean. We stayed the first weekend of what they determine as the "Off season" so some of the amenities listed were unavailable or not accessible.

I have stayed at the Golden Sands for 14 years. This was my first booking through Vacasa. I had no problems at all. Room was clean on arrival, linens and toiletries were provided, and check-in/check-out was smooth!

6th floor ocean front condo

It was a perfect place for a weeklong ocean get away with my husband. Bed was comfy and view spectacular. The washer/dryer is a combo unit and does not hold much and did not dry our clothes. But we made do. The downstairs grill/bar was a great spot for a bite and drink. Views of both ocean and bay. Highly recommend.

I have a letter with pictures of the disgustingly filthy condo at 606 Ocean Sands. I have reached out by email but NO ONE has responded. I want an email address of someone with authority to resolve problems.
