Ocean Front 1 Bedroom Condo with Balcony & Pool

Wake up to the sound of the waves and stunning Atlantic views from this modern 1-bedroom oceanfront condo. Perfectly located just steps from the beach and minutes from Ocean City’s best restaurants. This bright and airy condo features a newly renovated kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, perfect for cooking your favorite meals between beach adventures. The open living area offers ocean views and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The bedroom area has a queen size bed and full bathroom. The living room offers a pull out sofa bed and a love seat for sleeping, along with a rocker recliner and lounge chair. We provide the linens for all sleeping arrangements. We include (4) pillows for the queen size bed, as well as (2) pillows for the sleeper sofa. We provide (4) bath towels and (4) wash clothes for the bathroom. We also provide (1) roll of paper towels for the kitchen, (2) rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom, and (1) dish washer tablets for washing dishes.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans. Also, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Everything needed to cook a good home cooked meal.

The balcony comes equipped with an amazing view over looking the ocean, and the pool, while you wake up and watch the beautiful sunrise or in the evening watching the sunset is enough to let you know that you’re in paradise.

Guests have full access to the condo and share building amenities such as the pool, laundry area. Free WiFi, cable T.V., and air conditioning are included for your comfort. Neighborhood located in the heart of Ocean City, you will be in walking distance of the top rated sea food restaurants, local cafes, and vibrant clubs. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach or enjoy the night life everything you need is just steps away.

Only a short hop, skip, and a jump away from the boardwalk, the Jolly Roger theme park, or nightlife. Great restaurants, dance clubs, and more. Of course if you want to relax by the pool, or walk on the beach you’re only a couple steps away.

May 1st through October 1st there is paid parking on the premises. $15 per 12 hours /or $50 for the week: that is paid through a parking kiosk located at the front of the building, where you can register your vehicle.
