The Space:

There’s nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves crashing in the distance and the refreshing ocean breeze. This family-friendly condo offers nothing but the best, including also access to shared amenities such as a large, Olympic outdoor pool and tennis court. There is central air conditioning throughout so you and your loved ones enjoy a refreshing and cool stay. The condo also boasts a private balcony, an on-site washer/dryer combo, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room. Things to Know There is a lifeguard on duty. No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We enjoyed staying at this property and would stay again in the future. It was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful! I appreciated the sheets and towels that were provided. The condo was very clean as well. My family has been renting condos in the Camelot for 20 years and this was our favorite. We will definitely be back!

This place was very nice just as it was shown in the photos with plenty of amenities and beautiful view of ocean and pool. Loved having a washer and dryer. I just wish we didn’t have to drive to VACASA 70 blocks to pick up our parking and pool passes. It would be nice if they were already in the condo and we were given the keypad entry.

Okay, not great

The property is okay, but not worth the price I paid for an off season weekend. There was trash left in the bathroom trash can, an empty soap wrapper on the floor in the bathroom and a half used bottle of shampoo. The door stopper was broken on the master bathroom. The balcony above our unit had serious concrete damage. A large chunk (approximately 3+ feet long and 4 inches wide) was missing and appeared to have hit the steel railing on our unit, as it was damaged direct below. We were questioning the structural safety/integrity of the building when we saw this. Overall, the unit was not awful. It was quiet, the other residents/guests were friendly and the short walk to the beach and entertainment were great. Again, it was okay, but not great.
