The Space:

Take in sunrises, sunsets, and all-day ocean views you'll never forget at this three-bedroom townhouse, an oceanfront escape that showcases the beauty of North Ocean City. Enjoy generous deck space overlooking the ocean, including a rooftop sundeck where you can lounge, dine, or sip cocktails in the evenings. Other amenities include a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits at the end of each day. This townhouse is wonderfully located on the oceanfront on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and one block south of the Delaware state line, across which you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Best place!!

This is our 2nd year staying here. We absolutely love it. The house is comfy, has everything we need and is in a perfect location! It's our favorite place to stay when we go to OCMD. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location. Wonderful decks for sitting out and enjoying the ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! Street parking was readily available. Loved this unit!

Great place on the beach!

This was a fabulous place to stay right on the beach in Ocean City! It easily accommodated six adults and 3 children, with room for more. It was very clean and easy to get in and out. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay. The only downside was that parking for two cars is very tight. Having said that, it was fairly easy to find public parking nearby.

The house was very nice. The pre-cleaning was the problem. There was what appeared to be brown human waste on the toilet seat in the second floor bathroom that my 16 year old granddaughter found. In the second floor bayside bedroom there was what appeared to be candy wrappers, a tooth pick, a coin and a bottle top under the beds. In the master bedroom on the first floor there was a 6 inch stain in the middle of the carpet. We enjoyed the house and the location, it was the pre-cleaning that could have been more thorough.
