The Space:

Your dreams of a memorable beach-cation are about to come true at this updated bayfront condo! Boasting spectacular sunsets and a prime location just a short walk to the beach (a less-crowded one with no high-rises!), Playa Flamingo #302 is sure to please. The living room is all about comfort and views–it's equipped with a comfortable sofa and a loveseat that are right in front of a flatscreen Smart TV. This is the ultimate relaxation spot where movie nights will be simply unforgettable. You'll also enjoy marvelous bay views from the comfort of the living space. The fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the condo provide the conveniences of home while on vacation. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Enjoy the 4th of July and New Year's Eve firework displays put on from West Ocean City, Seacrets, and Northside Park, all from your private balcony! The main bedroom offers convenient access to the private balcony as well. It also boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Things to know High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There is cable in the living room and in the spare bedroom The fireplace is non-functional. Pool is on the 4th floor. Guests must have pool bands on. There are 6 pool bands for this home. There will be a fee of $25.00 if bands are lost or stolen. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice getaway

Great Place

This unit was beautiful with a great layout and a great view of the bay. Ropewalk being next door was a big plus. I will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future and I highly recommend it.

Incredible views at a great location! An easy 10 minute walk and we were on the sand, much more worth the price than paying a premium just to be on the beach side of the highway. We only even drove to dinner 2 nights out of 5 because there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo was spotless when we arrived and had a kitchen stocked with any kitchen appliance or gear you could want. We definitely plan on coming back!

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful stay, will definitely be back. The property was exactly as described. Upon arrival the property was noticeably very clean and smelled it too. Kudos to your cleaning crew! The views and location were amazing! The beds were comfortable, the unit was well stocked and we even enjoyed the board games.

Spacious and Clean with a Beautiful View

My wife and I spent Independence Day weekend here with another couple and two small children. The space was ample for all of us, had a beautiful view of the sunset over the bay, and had fantastic access to the beach. Very clean and replete with amenities for cooking, cleaning, and coffee. Fantastic stay.

Beautiful Condo!

My wife and I are repeat renters. Condo has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful view of Bay from private balcony, great restaurant next door, easy one block walk to beach. Close to shopping, attractions and groceries. We highly recommend!

Good location, I rated cleanliness as a four because it did not appear that my bathroom was properly cleaned (some hairs & sand in the shower), the view of the bay was lovely and it was a very cute condo

Overall great place

We a few hiccups including no parking pass when we arrived (resolved in 2 hrs), no sheets for the pullout couch (we made do), and little indoor lighting. However, overall the place was fantastic. Pictures all true to life and amazing location to the water, shops/restaurants, gas, boardwalk, etc. Kitchen was very well stocked and decorations give a great beach vibe to kick off a vacation. Highly recommend

Beautiful View

The view from this condo's balcony was great with spectacular sunsets. The only problem with this unit was that it smelled like garbage when we checked in, so we cleaned the unit ourselves and emptied the trash can and this corrected the smell. The rest of the stay was great.

Good location & great bay view!

This condo has a great view of the bay, with amazing sunsets. The condo could of used a better cleaning…we had to sweep the floor and clean the tubs before putting the kids in. I reached out to the management company but they wanted pictures and documentation and to be honest it was just easier to clean it ourselves. Would recommend and would stay again.

Midtown with Beautiful Sunsets

This was our first time renting this condo and will not be our last! We have been vacationing in Ocean City for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. We love the mid-town location close to restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is clean and updated with a wonderful balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Although it’s centrally located, the building is quiet and is a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is in this condo! We were so happy with our experience and look forward to renting again. Highly recommend!

Nice Place...wish we had access to pool

The place was very clean. The beds were not very comfortable, although they had soft memory foam toppers ( I personally don't like those). Others may find it very comfortable. I only wish we had access to the pool and a TV in the master bedroom. When we arrived we were told that the pool was only for owners. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Nice unit, bad management.

Nothing indicated the instructions if you got in after 4. I called in to make sure what was to be done. If I hadn’t called I’m not sure we would have gotten in and had no passes to park our cars in the lot.other than that the place was nice.
