The Space:

Welcome to The Seaton at 20B Baltimore Avenue. It doesn't get much better or closer to the ocean. This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while being close to all the action. After a full day at the beach, come home to a comfortable living room where you and yours can relax and unwind. Gather for a group movie night. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. At night, rest well in obe of the comfortable bedrooms, each of which has its own TV. Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. This unit shares a building with our vibrant community theatre.

The property was wonderful and as described. We loved the space and its proximity to the boardwalk and the beach! It is huge and the location is perfect. We also liked that linens and towels were included.

The property is in the beach block. There are several restaraunts and shopping within a block from the property. We parked our vehicle and walked to eat and shop. We enjoyed a late September/early October get-away. It was quiet and so convenient.

The condo was beautiful, nicely furnished, clean and only a half block from the beach. Great location. However, communicating with the host, Vue Stay Vacations was a nightmare. Prior to leaving for my trip, I messaged them twice with questions I had and never had a response, even though I received an email that my message was sent. I had to call them the day before we left to get the "Check-in email" with the access codes and address of the condo. We knew we had access to a pool but no instructions were provided as to where it was. VueStay did keep in touch by text, the last one stating about check-out instructions, which included taking the trash downstairs to the trash can under the stair well. Again no instructions to be found inside the condo. I had to ask. Will never stay at a Vue Stay Vacation rental again.

The place was good. Location was perfect. Lots of space in the condo that could be used more efficiently. Hard not having a second bathroom upstairs but we made do. The only complaint was the heat and the horrible disruptive noise it made when running.

Great place and close to beach!

Overall this is right in the middle of everything. Wonderful space for family and convenient to it all! Was able to walk to most everything. Super clean and tons of space!

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

The condo is extremely well located and perfect for a large group. We easily moved from the condo to the beach, Main Street, and back again. The condo offered excellent gathering space for the group, especially the kitchen which was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 cooks. The bedrooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Overall a great spot for a relaxed vacation.

Very spacious and convenient

Very spacious and comfortable. Super convenient with less than a block to the beach and being only a block away from the main strip that has abundant shopping and restaurant options. Nice outdoor seating. No hassle of finding a parking space, with reserved parking in the lot! Look forward to booking again in the future!

Can’t beat the location; so convenient to beach and downtown. It is on the second floor and must climb stairs - no elevator. But secure building and very spacious, comfortable unit. It was immaculate. Ample seating in living area and kitchen was adequate for our needs. Issue with the dryer but maintenance responded in a timely manner. Very “easy” rental process.
