The Space:

Conveniently located less than .25 mile to the Route 1/Coastal Highway corridor with easy access to shopping, restaurants, movies, and antique stores, this charming, well-equipped condo offers the perfect home base for all your next adventures! This prime location situates you about three miles from Rehoboth Beach, Boardwalk, and beach access. In addition, you are granted access to an outdoor pool where you can cool down to your heart's content. As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. The living room provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - play board games after a fantastic day at the beach, stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV, or simply enjoy an absorbing chat while the electric fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the living area. This area opens onto a screened balcony with views of the community water feature and a kid-safe magnetic dart board. When mealtime comes, surprise your family with a spectacular homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of a main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a smart TV. Additionally, there is a stacked washer/dryer available for added convenience. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There are five steps up to the first floor. There is no cable TV. Streaming only with guests' personal login. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Nice place to stay

Was a very nice place with a nice pool and very close to the boardwalk. The people who were staying above us could've been quieter but was a nice stay overall.

Was surprised by the small broken cot for the 5th person to sleep on. Loved how close to the pool we were. Got quick help to fix broken cot and get clean blanket. Had a fun filled stay with our granddaughter.

Summer Getaway

The condo is in a great location. Very close to the beach, shopping and activities for the kids. The condo is very close to the pool. The bedrooms were large enough to give the space everyone needed. The screened porch was great in the morning for coffee and evening for other beverages. I would definitely rent again.

Great stay!!!

It was clean and also it was on the first floor so didn’t need to walk stairs. Was little noisy because of the a/c sound right under the stairs outside of the home. But other than that everything’s were great. It didn’t have any of the cooking spices so need to take them if you are planning to cook a little.

Great location

Unit is clean with many amenities. Pool area is easy to access. There is however a lot of noise. Route 1 is very close. Also other guests are not always respectful of others. Beds are not comfortable. Would like more secure entry into unit. Close to area beaches.
