Conveniently located less than .25 mile to the Route 1/Coastal Highway corridor with easy access to shopping, restaurants, movies, and antique stores, this charming, well-equipped second-floor condo offers the perfect home base for all your next adventures! This prime location situates you about three miles from Rehoboth Beach, Boardwalk, and beach access. In addition, you are granted access to an outdoor pool where you can cool down to your heart's content. As you enter this second-floor condo, you will be welcomed by an inviting open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living room featuring an electric fireplace and a smart TV after a refreshing time in the community pool. The living room opens onto a screened balcony with views of the community water feature and pool. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with your culinary skills and prepare an exquisite homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen. The main suite boasts a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer, a Keurig coffee maker, high-speed WiFi, and children's toys and games. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat is located on the second floor and has stairs only. There is no cable TV. Streaming only with guests' personal login. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The location was great, short drive to the beach. Outlets across the street. Close to restaurants shopping and convenience stores. The pool was very nice comfortable lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.

Great beach getaway!

This home was perfect for our family! It was very clean and conveniently stocked with what we needed for our 2-night stay (shampoo/conditioner, soap, TP, paper towels, etc.) The community pool is super fun, the screened-in balcony was so nice, and it was also just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The property was really cutely decorated. We had trouble with the pin pad. My husband thinks it’s broken. I dad not have the 4 digit code for the lockbox so we had to call. The door needs a bolt or chain lock. The front bedroom was missing a top sheet and the remote did not work. The kitchen could use some more silverware and larger plates. Other than that our stay was fantastic.

Great property exactly how it looks in the photos. The fairy lights on the balcony was a great little touch. The window screens need a bit of repair to keep bugs out. Overall perfect vacation. About 5 min drive to beach area.

Clean, beautiful space

The apartment was exactly as described. It was well stocked with linens and towels. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Would definitely book again!

This place was cgreat. The two bedrooms are on 2 separate ends so as 2 couples we had our own privacy when wanted. Interior living space was super clean!! Outdoor area could have used a little attention. That’s the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. If I could have given it a 4.75 I would!!

Palms rehobeth

Everything was great until we were locked out for 3 hours. The battery in the e lock system died. Vacasa did not make our lockout a priority and we had to wait 3 hours before they called for a technician. We lost a day of beach time. So disappointing.
