As you enter this two-story home, you'll be greeted by an elegant coastal aesthetic with contemporary furnishings and abundant natural light throughout. There's a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area with a eight-person table, a breakfast bar for four, and a smart TV (one of seven) for your enjoyment. Down the hall is a window-lined living room/sunroom with another TV and a comfortable sectional. But perhaps the heart of this home lies in the beautiful outdoor space. The enclosed backyard is home to the large pool, deck and hot tub -- ample space for barbecues and corn hole tournaments, and the pool barn for entertaining. Take a relaxing dip in the 33x13 heated, saltwater pool which includes a water feature, large tanning ledge and bench running the length of the pool. Newly upgraded, the pool barn features a full bathroom, changing area with extra storage, a washer/dryer, a Peloton, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Additional features of the house include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer, and central AC to welcome you back from the beach each day, as well as smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. There are 3 designated parking spots (2 parking pads). The pool is open from April 1st through September 15th, and the hot tub is open year-round. Pool heat is an optional amenity for an additional fee and can be added to a reservation for $125/day and must be purchased for the duration of the stay.
