New Rental 2025- Escape to this charming nautical townhome in Rehoboth Beach with a serene water view approximately 1.5 miles from Rehoboth beach and short drive to Dewey Beach where you'll be sure to feel like you're staying in a 5 star resort. This stunning 3-bedroom property offers all the comforts you'll need for an enjoyable stay with no detail spared. With bonus amenities like parking, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower, guests can relax and unwind in this peaceful, serene setting with an exceptional outdoor space, sure to delight! Every inch of this home is lovingly cared for and planned with guests in mind. The bedrooms include TV's and are especially cozy and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. On the first level where you'll enter the home are bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom #1 is a cheery spot with a queen bed and plenty of storage space. A little further down the hall is spacious bedroom number 2 with ensuite bath and custom tiled walk in shower. Just up the stairs awaits an impressive open living area with stunning chefs kitchen, boasting a fabulous island with seating, and a gorgeous quartz counter top, and custom appliances. Beautiful and Fabulous!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Every room in the house was very clean and spotless, organized and very roomy for a family of 6 adults!The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly and kind!I would absolutely stay here again, they atmosphere outside was serene and peaceful, the hosts did an amazing job with this location!!!

Our family had such a wonderful time here. My teenage son loved being able to fish out back and the setting was just beautiful. I loved taking my morning runs through the neighborhood which was very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was extremely clean and having sheets/towels included was a perk for us! We would certainly return!

The house was as beautiful as described. Communication with the host was excellent - they provided helpful ideas and information about the area. House was impeccable and outdoor space was great for entertaining at night. Development was quiet and conveniently located near the beaches and outlets. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Check-in was easy. overall the property is lovely. Comfortable beds. (would think about putting the king bed in the 3rd floor master suite). Kitchen appliances are good (though the dishwasher is rather wimpy). Love the fire pit/coffee table. glad to have the grill and used it (though it could use a cleaning). would consider putting the cushions away in the deck box in between stays as they were quite wet and water-soaked. Overall we really enjoyed being there and would plan on coming back for another family getaway.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded Every Expectation

This house exceeded all of our expectations. I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was immaculate. Not a single bug made it inside, which is rare and very appreciated in a coastal area.The kitchen was fantastic for cooking, fully stocked and thoughtfully set up. The showers had excellent water pressure, another thing I’m usually particular about. We also loved the outdoor space. The grill worked great, and it was such a bonus that our kids could fish right outside the back door and throughout the neighborhood.I was able to enjoy a peaceful morning run every day through the quiet, well-kept streets. The location is perfect, just a quick five-minute drive to the beach.The host was very responsive to all of our questions and made everything easy.
