One-level living just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort getaway offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs (two smart TVs), DVD, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. This is our 3rd trip to Sea Colony but our first in this particular residence. We loved it! They could update some things but you are there for the ocean and the outside experiences more than indoor.

Nice property

This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is perfect. I would have rated it a 5 but the mattress and pillows in the master are not comfortable. They should be replaced.

Great place- has improved over previous years.

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. The cleaning has improved and there is a new mattress (king) this year. Some pillows seem newer and there are still some flat pancake pillows, too. The view is great. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and supplies (and coffee filters- bring ground coffee/no Keurig). I didn’t have to contact Vacasa for anything, which is a first!

This was our second year staying here. It's a great place, but showing some signs of wear/aging. We will still rent it again, but wish there were someone who really cared about the place who can pay attention to the details. Vacassa is responsible for cleaning and we again had issues with this - but when we contact them, they are responsive.
