Beautiful sites and delicious bites are not hard to come by in this area - so explore it for all that it's worth and enjoy every second! Inside your cozy quarters, you will gleaming hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely outdoor hang-out space. Play a board game in the spacious main living room. Cook up something tasty in the well-equipped kitchen. And rest easy come nightfall thanks to the home's soft bedding and partial air-conditioning. Family time is of the utmost importance during your stay, so practice your barbecuing skills on the provided grill and serve your creation to those you love, as you relish another day spent together, under the Massachusetts sun. Property is neat and clean , spacious enough for 4-6 travelers. Good open concept for living room dining area. Nice deck with sitting area, and a grill (although we did not try it), appliances work well (frig, stove top and dishwasher). Kitchen is well stocked with plates, etc and enough pans. First bathroom good size, second bathroom a bit smaller and tight but still functional. Good A/C units and also very good water pressure for showers. Good central location for the cape and it was close to the Harwich Whitehouse field for the baseball team, also very convenient to downtown Chatham and a bike trail. I would stay here again as would my family!!!

We love that the open-concept living and dining area, the well-stocked kitchen, and that strong shower water pressure all worked so well for your group, and that the central location put you close to the Whitehouse Field ballgames, downtown Chatham, and the bike trail. We liked the quiet location, which was close to beaches and shopping in both Harwich and Chatham, however, the house was not well stocked and the appliances and cookware are really old and in need of upgrades. We were comfortable here for three days but probably would not come back.

Perfect place in Chatham!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend on the cape -- we had the best time! The house is bigger than it appears online and comfortably fit all six of us. The living and dining area is also very big! The check-in process was simple, and when we arrived the house was stocked with extra blankets, towels and very clean. It's in the perfect location on the border between Chatham and Harwich - so you can get to any area very easily. There are some things missing like outdoor furniture, but we still had the best time. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay but lacks charm

House had most things needed and the location was great but lacked a few important things: outdoor shower didn't work, charm was missing (no paintings on walls, disposable table cloth), no outdoor furniture or umbrella, loud AC units in every room, lights flickered, drawers and closets still had items belonging to the owner. Needs a bit more love at the price.

Check-in was impossible. Communication regarding the check-in was difficult and delayed. Paint peeling from the front door, outside shower inop, rear light fixture handing by wires...inside incredibly dated, outside siding near door covered in grease/tar. After waiting for over an hour to check in, a repair person showed up to our door to ask us about a "broken toaster". Huh? Was this legit? We did not let him in. I had to ask for checkout instructions....nothing was ever sent. This home is not worth the cost, regardless of location.
