A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities, and it's a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.



Thoughtfully upgraded with colorful decor, this vacation rental is your ticket to paradise. Spend endless hours on your screened, furnished deck - perfect for alfresco dining. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar! After meals or days of outdoor fun, kick back and channel surf in the glow of the gas fireplace in the open living area. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.

Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Wonderful Home

I have been coming to Seacolony for 28 years, and this was my favorite place that I have ever stayed on seacolony property. It was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Our kids had so much fun.

Such a comfortable stay!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable from the beds to the amenities. The home and community are beautiful and very well maintained and we enjoyed being so close to the beach but away from all of the noise and busy-ness of the Boardwalk. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and the furnishings were comfortable and stylish; it felt like we were spoiling ourselves on this vacation! Two happy teens and two happy parents = a vacation win!

The house is very light and big. Very convenient location. It is right next to Aquatics Center and a Fitness Center.

Great for families

Great location right across the parking lot to the splash pad and backs up to a small canal where you can fish. We love the sea colony neighborhood. It’s quiet, so clean and safe! The condo was fantastic. It wasn’t run down like so many beach rentals are! We already decided we’ll book the same place for our beach trip next year.

Great location, near pool. Very spacious and well equipped. Only comment is that the carpeting could use some cleaning. But it was very nice.

Weekend review

Overall our weekend stay was ok. There were a few cleaning issues we saw like the bed and pillows have stains. The carpets needed vacuum, the dryer vent was full of lint. A few nails outside on the deck need to be fixed. Overall it was ok stay but property needs work.
