We had a wonderful time at this property. Easy check in and checkout process. Great communication from host. Large and inviting kitchen and living room for everyone to relax in. Pool was great too.

I did enjoy that the house had a pool n that it was private. Overall the house wasn’t clean. The stove had dried up food on it the fridge needed to be wiped down. The bathroom in the hall had old soap in the shower noone flushed the toilet. The master bedroom sheets had hair under the top sheets that looked like pubic hair. On the other hand the water pressure was amazing.

When we arrived, the house was 78 degrees and there was a noticeable odor of cat urine in the carpeted bedrooms. The odor-control products left on the kitchen counter seemed to confirm that this was a known issue. We were also concerned with the condition of the pool, which appeared as though it had not been cleaned recently. On the second day, we noticed twist-off bottle caps lying in the deep end. Since our children had been swimming in the pool, this was especially concerning from a safety standpoint.In addition, the property did not appear to match the quality shown in the photos. Several areas of the house seemed worn or in need of maintenance. Many of the doors either would not lock or had stickers indicating they should not be used. The dishwashers were also full, and there was still food stuck on the doors, which added to the overall cleanliness concerns.That said, not everything about our experience was negative. The location was convenient, having access to a private pool was still appreciated despite the condition concerns, and the ability to book a three-night stay instead of a full week was ideal for our family. We also appreciated how easy the check-in and check-out process was, and the communication and responsiveness throughout the stay were excellent.They refunding the pet fee after I reached out to explain that we were unable to bring our pet. That was handled quickly and without issue, and we genuinely appreciated it.
