This home was very clean, had cute decor, and felt like home. It was the perfect size for us. The host was very nice! We will stay here again if we return to the area!

Love the location! Nice, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Bethany, but also still close to the beach. The area is great for walking, which was a plus for our dog. The neighbors were also very nice who we met while there. The owner is responsive and great to work with. The master bedroom bed is FANTASTIC!

We're so glad you enjoyed the location! It really is a great spot for a peaceful stay while still being close to the beach, and it's wonderful to hear the walking areas were a hit for your dog too. So happy the master bedroom bed lived up to expectations!

Cute and well appointed home

Beautiful place! Love that it was decorated for the holidays! Bed was comfortable, all appliances worked, very clean. I felt at home!

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay, the property is very clean and well-maintained, and it is conveniently located to go to Bethany, Ocean City (30 mins), Dewy (20 mins), or Rehoboth (30 mins). We enjoyed visiting all of these locations while on our vacation. Our most memorable event was taking a Kayak tour at Assateague Island and seeing the wild horses and highly recommend eating at Sunny Bay Cafe in Rehoboth.

Great house

We had a very nice time. House is new and we are provided with everything we need to have a comfortable stay. Close to Bethany beach. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. We'll be glad to come back again.

Bethany Getaway

This is a lovely little beach house. Convenient to stores, restaurants and local hot spots. Bethany Beach is about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. House is set up nicely with living room/kitchen/dining area in the middle and bedrooms off to each side. Deck off back is super cute. Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for two couples. Decorated beautifully. Dog friendly too, which we appreciated. There are other dogs and deer in the neighborhood and yard is not fenced, so just a heads up to keep your pet leashed when outside. Owner responds quickly to inquiries after booking. Booking is through Evolve and they do not know as much about the property but attempt to be helpful. Towels and linens provided, however, if you are picky about towels, you may want to bring your own. Beds are comfortable. Check in is easy peasy! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a nice, relaxing vacation with friends!!

Loved the home and location, perfect proximity to our favorite beach (seashore state park) and restaurants. Check in was easy and host messaged immediately when an issue arose with keypad. 100% would stay again.

This rental is nicely furnished with good furniture.

Rental is very nice and the owner was very accommodating to resolve a minor issue. We were very pleased!

Non responsive

Not major issue but I reached out to the local contact first night when I checked in regarding couple issues/questions but I never received a respond. The checkout process was not clear on where the trash should go when I leave. The second night I was there, the front of the house had a huge amount of ants crawling around, kind of bad. The location was close to the beach which is nice. Probably wouldn't book through Evolve again.

Everything was move-in ready. The beds were made with clean sheets, what an unexpected pleasure! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. This home is beautiful and spotless.

We can't say enough good things about our stay! It's in a quiet area that is not far from Weis and Giant and other fun things to do. We loved the house and it's laid out very nice. You will love it!
