You arrive just as the sun hits the water. Palms swaying, the pool already sparkling like itâs been waiting for you. Shoes off, doors open, and suddenly the line between inside and outside disappears.
Morning starts at the kitchen island. Coffee, quiet, soft light pouring in and the house slowly fills with that easy, unplanned rhythm. The living room softens into movie mode, then fades into calm bedrooms where everything feels still.
Itâs not a place you stay inâitâs one you fall into
Welcome to your Southport stayâdesigned for easy, open living just minutes from everything the Gold Coast has to offer. Youâre close to beaches, cafes, shopping, and theme parksâmaking it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house, including all indoor living areas, backyard, and pool.
Please note there is a separate granny flat at the rear of the property, which is rented to a long-term tenant. The granny flat has its own private entrance, and there are no shared spaces. The tenant does not have access to the pool or any areas of the main house.
For parking, street parking is available directly outside the property. The carport is reserved for the long-term tenant.
To ensure privacy for both guests and the tenant, windows in the granny flat are fitted with security screening and privacy treatments.

Because this is a self-check-in home with no on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property.
After your booking is confirmed, weâll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes:
Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes)
$300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 3 days of checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition.
This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone â and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience.
