Welcome to Pineapple Paradise —your own private resort just minutes from the beach, downtown, restaurants, and the river!

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath tropical retreat features over 2,300 square feet of living space, two living rooms, a screened poolside porch, and plenty of room for families or groups to relax and enjoy paradise together.

The backyard is the highlight of the home with a heated pool, LED lighting, fire pit, gas grill, and multiple outdoor seating areas surrounded by tropical landscaping and ocean breezes. Guests also enjoy the ping pong table, beach gear, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances.

The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Located just minutes from Hutchinson Island beaches, boat rentals, kayaking, shopping, and dining, you can easily park your car and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Loved the location and pool. The communication with host was very easy and responsive. Quiet neighborhood. We did hear the car wash but never an issue because it was not constant. Was so nice having all the supplies there which is not typical in a VRBO. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Backyard was amazing! Fire pit was really nice as well for the evening.

I can’t say enough good about Jensen and this home! Kimberly was amazing from booking, to getting there, recommendations, all the way to check out. This home is an absolute Gem in every way, I will stay here again and next summer can’t get here soon enough. Although I did turn on the pool sprinklers and was promptly told not to mess with the pool equipment so I turned them off and did not get to enjoy them the rest of the stay, and I am not complaining or knocking it at all for this comment just if I had to nitpick and try really hard to find something not positive to say about this place it was that, and again the pool and spa are perfect without the sprinklers we all enjoyed the pool maybe even more than the actual beach if I’m being honest! If your looking for a great place to go vacation and get away from all the tourist traps and be able to have a great time and not fight over a place to sit on a beautiful blue water beach then this is the place to go for sure. Jensen beach captured my heart and I don’t think I will ever vacation anywhere else the people are all so nice and the food this place has to offer is top notch. Kimberly even went as far to make use a basket with all sorts of good stuff inside as well as a fresh flower welcome arrangement something we have never got anywhere else we have stayed that touch alone sealed it for me as the greatest place to stay. Lastly the Publix Key lime pie I can’t thank Kimberly enough for that best pie ever! Thank you Kimberly!!!

Our family had a great week staying at this property. The house was clean and functional but the pool and patio made it great. Being able to walk to downtown and Publix in less than 10 minutes was a bonus. The ping pong table was a lot of fun and gave us some added family fun time. We did have some issues navigating the pool/spa directions in the manual but the owner was very responsive and helped us sort it out quickly. There was also plenty of non perishable essentials available in the house when we arrived so perhaps take a look before you stock up for your stay. Noting that the property is located behind a car wash so we did get a lot of noise from the activity there but we didn’t let it ruin our time.

this property was beautiful and with two ACs if you have somebody staying with you, you could have one person staying in the master bedroom with their own AC and the other people stay in the guest bedrooms with a different level on the AC absolutely beautiful, clean perfect for a family or pets pool and hot tub were amazing. Perfect location great host just a great place to stay.

We enjoyed that the home was well appointed and the Air Conditioner worked great. We did have issues trying to heat the hot tub and run the pool, but overall we enjoyed those amenities as well. We grilled almost all or meals and the enjoyed the screened in patio after swimming.
