Hutchinson Island is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary. This 3 bedroom , pet friendly home has a fantastic heated pool and beautiful outdoor living space in the screened Florida room. Everything you will need for a great vacation is right here. The heated pool has a child safety fence. Fully equipped, well appointed chef 's kitchen, open concept living and dining room, 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. We welcome well behaved pets and do not discriminate as to size of the dog.

Indian River Point is an exclusive waterfront community on the Indian River in Jensen Beach. The neighborhood consists of large, colorful, single-family homes with private yards and beautifully kept gardens. Within a two-minute walk you have access to docks leading out onto the Indian River where you can dock your boat or just use it for a day of fishing.

All Indian River Point homeowners have access to the large community swimming pool and a tennis court.

Indian River Point is in the perfect position for those that enjoy passing the days at beautiful beaches and parks. The Jensen Beach Causeway Park is just a 2-minute drive away. It has picnic areas, a public boat launch, a children’s playground, restrooms, fishing piers, and water access to the Indian River great for kayaking, windsurfing and Jet Skiing. Jensen Beach Park is also 2-minutes away in the other direction. It is the largest public beach offering plenty of parking, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, a concession stand, and lifeguard service.

For a night out on the town you just need to take a short 5-minute drive down the waterfront towards the Ocean Breeze Plaza to find restaurants like Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill, 11 Maple Street, Lures Riverfront and Cinco de Mayo Mexican Cuisine. There are also shops and services such as a Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, a nail salon and hairdressers/barbers.

Indian River Point is right next to the NE Causeway Blvd and the A1A so you can be back on the mainland in minutes. In just over an hour you can spend the day perusing the shops at Boynton Beach or continue down the I-95 for 10 more minutes to get to Delray Beach.

Lots of restaurants and shopping close to the house. Between Hutchinson Island and downtown Jensen Beach, the local artisan culture is at your doorstep. Your are certain to satisfy any outdoor recreational, cuisine or shopping desire within minutes!

3 bedrooms - master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom, 2nd room has 2 twin beds, 3rd room has 1 queen bed, there is another full bathroom, kitchen with a dining table and living room.

The Florida room and surrounding landscaping is enhanced with subtle lighting so living outdoors in the evening is as nice as the days. Amenities include two bikes for a 10 minute ride to the beach or a 10 minute ride to town for dinner or the night out.

There are two surf boards for the adventurous (lessons can be found nearby). The community tennis court is close enough you can watch from our outdoor living space but not so close as to be uncomfortable (we do have racquets available). The community pool is 100 ft. away if the kids and their friends get too rowdy. Fishing is available from the community docks, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean (ride a bike or 5 minutes by UBER), or go a little further (15 minutes) to Stuart for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Golf courses are everywhere.

The house is pet friendly. There is an area to rinse your dog after a beach run at the local dog friendly beach. There is even a large dog crate available if it is needed.

Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. Get away to the beach!
