This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. The home's air conditioning keeps you comfortable during Napa's warm summers, when temperatures often reach the 80s and 90s. The condo has a charming wood-burning fireplace — firewood is not provided. The galley kitchen is compact but fully equipped for preparing meals with your Oxbow Market finds. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
