The Space:

Sunset Cove Cottage is your lakefront escape designed for both relaxation and connection.



Inside the main home, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, and smart TVs throughout. One of the standout features of the home is the sunroom, a bright and inviting space perfect for morning coffee, reading, or simply taking in peaceful lake views no matter the weather.

What truly sets this property apart is the detached garage entertainment space. Outfitted with a bar and an upstairs loft featuring multiple beds, it’s the perfect hangout for groups, kids, or late-night conversations. This added space makes the home feel much larger and more versatile than a typical two-bedroom.



Step outside and enjoy everything lake life has to offer. There’s a dedicated outdoor dining area ideal for shared meals or lounging, plus a Blackstone grill and smoker for cooking up your favorites. The true star of this home is the lake, unwind and head down to the private pier for a day on the water. Guests will find floaties, ready to go in the pier storage box additionally we have a lily pad for guests as well.



As the sun sets, plug in the pier lighting and fish or simply unwind by the water, it’s the perfect way to end the day.



Whether you’re here for a quiet retreat or a lively weekend, Sunset Cove Cottage delivers a well-rounded lakefront experience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the main home, sunroom, detached garage entertainment space, outdoor dining area, and private pier.



This home is located inside a gated community. Upon arrival, you will use the call box located on the left side of the entrance. Enter your provided code and gain access. Once inside, a gate pass will be available for use during your stay for easy entry and exit. Please note, all rules regarding entering the community must be followed according to HOA rules. Once you have arrived the first time, you will have access to one card to leave and enter the neighborhood. After initial entry, you will be responsible for letting other members of your party in the gate one at a time each time any guest needs entry. That will require a trip to the gate.



Please note:



A locked owner’s closet is located in the laundry room and is not accessible to guests

Any additional locked spaces are not included in the rental



The Neighborhood:

Sunset Cove Cottage is tucked inside a quiet, gated lake community offering a peaceful and private setting.



It’s perfect for those looking to slow down and enjoy lake life with morning coffee in the sunroom, afternoons on the water, and evenings spent outdoors enjoying dinner and sunset views.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended, as restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences are a short drive away. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

-Max occupancy: 13 guests

-Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)

-Pet-friendly (2 pet max, nonrefundable pet fee applies)

-Lost or unreturned gate pass: $150 replacement fee



Lake & Pier:



-Private pier available for guest use

-Pier lighting can be plugged in (cord located under covered section)

-Floaties and lily pad stored in pier box (Please return to box once you're finished using)



Outdoor Features:



-Outdoor dining area

-Blackstone grill + smoker

-Patio cushions stored in outdoor storage box



Trash:



-All trash must be taken to the dumpster located at the front left of the community entrance
