LISTING NOTES

→ Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. The resort requires adult guests to upload a photo ID prior to arrival.

→ A separate resort registration fee is required and must be completed online before your arrival. This fee allows registration for up to 2 parking passes ($ 50 per pass) and wristbands ($ 6 per band) for access to resort amenities. Registration link will be provided about 1 week before check in to pay resort fees.

→ Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

→ Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

→ Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
