Didn’t realize it had 2 flights of stairs in the house. We r in our mid-70’s, so especially a little tough on my husband. However, it worked out ok. Sheets on the bed we slept in were not comfortable. They had little balls on them which felt like sand in the bed. Better sheets would be better. Everything else was great. Thanks for letting us rent it.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stairs; I understand how it might have been challenging. However it clearly states in the listing description that r=there are two sets of stairs, Once flight from the entry to the main living area & another flight to the bedroom level of the townhome. I'm also sorry about the sheets. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure that our team addresses this issue promptly. We had a very nice stay at this townhouse. The property was clean, pet friendly and a great fit for our family and dogs, who enjoyed their stay as much as we did. We especially loved the convenient proximity to both the beach and the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One suggestion that would make the experience more convenient would-be providing garage door opener.Unfortunately, our departure experience was a little uncomfortable. On the day we were leaving, someone was waiting outside the townhouse in their car I guess waiting for us to leave. This made us feel as though we were being watched and expected to leave exactly on time. We left approximately 30 minutes before our scheduled departure time, so the presence of someone waiting outside felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.Overall, we enjoyed the property and its location, and we appreciated that our dogs were welcome. However, a little more consideration for guests' privacy and comfort on departure day would have made the experience much better.

Really enjoy the amenities Lost Key has to offer. This property is nice, the one thing I would say needs upgrading is the living room furniture. Sofa is uncomfortable and noisy from pull out bed underneath. The chairs in the living area are ok just a little stiff. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice and well equipped

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key and would absolutely rent this townhome again!The location was fantastic. We loved having access to both the beach and the pool, and the shuttle service made getting back and forth incredibly convenient. Being in a gated community gave us an added sense of security and peace of mind throughout our stay.The townhome was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and having a garage was a huge bonus since we didn’t have to worry about parking outside. We also really enjoyed the grill and the enclosed patio, which became our favorite spot to sit with a cup of coffee each morning.The host was responsive and communicative, especially when we experienced a minor WiFi issue. Overall, everything was handled promptly and professionally.We had an amazing time in Perdido Key, checked off everything on our vacation wish list, and made some great family memories. Highly recommend this property!
