Living space

The ground floor opens into a bright, open-concept layout where the fully equipped kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas - a natural gathering spot after a day out. The kitchen is outfitted with everything a large group needs: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and barbecue utensils for cookouts on the patio. A dining table comfortably seats the group, and the living area gives everyone room to settle in together. Step outside and the screened-in pool and spa area awaits, with lounge seating and outdoor dining to make the most of Florida's year-round warmth.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor - a queen bedroom and a king master suite with a private ensuite - ideal for guests who prefer easy access. Upstairs, the home opens into a lively mix of themed and standard rooms. A Cars-themed room and an animal-inspired bedroom add a playful touch for younger guests, while additional queen and full bedrooms offer comfortable options for the rest of the group. A loft with a TV provides a second lounge area, perfect for quieter evenings or an overflow space when the living room fills up.

 

Game room

Dedicated indoor entertainment lives in the game room, which comes stocked with a pool table, foosball table, and a refrigerator - so the fun doesn't stop when you step inside. Location

Walt Disney World is around 20 minutes away, with Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney Springs all within a 30-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the home, making arrivals and departures straightforward for the whole group.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays may require additional essentials. A washer and dryer are available in the home. Self check-in is available via smart lock.
