This 500 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment is updated with modern touches. Relax in your home away from home with a new king sized memory foam bed, a fully stocked kitchen with walk in closet and private patio.

We came for an important appointment so quiet was important for us to get a good night sleep. This BRBO was perfect and in a location is central to where we needed to be.

A wonderful stay in the Knox-Hendersen neighborhood

Host was very attentive. Took care of all our needs. The apartment was very cozy, comfortable, and we enjoyed our outside balcony which had a loveseat for getting cozy with a book or friend. The AC worked great as did the heater.

Great location! Comfortable and clean!

I was visiting family that lived in the area for a few days. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants walkable. Easy access to major roads and downtown Dallas. The place was very clean and well appointed. Internet access allowed me to work remotely with no issues. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Would stay again next time I am in Dallas if it is available.

Terrific spot for a quick anniversary getaway

This spot is a hidden gem…great price in a terrific location, quiet space in the middle of busy city life, and a warm host with personal communication. We had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with host was very timely and helpful. Everything went so smoothly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the little machine in the bedroom was a nice touch to help us sleep through the light traffic. Would highly recommend this home away from home. 😉

Engagement Party Visit

My wife and I were both very pleased with the property. Good size for just the two of us still with space to move around. The apartment has certainly been upgraded to a quality standard. The kitchen was great all around with a coffee machine with a good selection of coffees, cold filtered water waiting for us in the fridge, a nice range of condiments, and the cutlery was clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless and there was a nice balcony at the back to enjoy a morning coffee. We first thought it might be noisy being quite close to the road, but not at all! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants. Clean and nice apartment with a nice personal porch.
