Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king bed & smart TV. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed (& one with a smart TV). On the top floor, the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed & smart TV, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

There are three full, modern bathrooms in this home. On the bottom level, the one bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The two remaining bathrooms (one on the main level & one on the top level) have a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo in each.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

"Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

Pet Fee: $50 per pet, per night, maximum of 5 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
