This 3-bedroom beach house features a custom heated pool with grotto and slode, ping pong table, cornhole, and smart TV for game day. Covered outdoor dining area, sun loungers, propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to carry it all.

PRIME LOCATION – On Indian Rocks Beach! Short walk to the white sands of our beautiful beach and the most poplar restaurants and bars but far enough from all the noise.

Kolb Park - 3 min walk to the parkmwhich has Tennis and Pickleball courts, jungle gym and skate park.

POOL – Have your own private luxury pool. This is the most luxurious pool on the beach. Grado, Slide, Lights, Heated during the winter.

We also provide pool toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and carts to bring everything to the beach. All for free.

GAMES - Many Board Games, Corn Hole. Ping Pong Table.

UNLIMITED HOT WATER – We have a tankless water heater with allows guests to take a hot shower! All 3 showers stay hot at the same time. This eliminates the challenge of having a large group getting ready to go out. If you have a larger group, you will definitely appreciate all the hot water!

FULLY UPGRADED – This house was recently renovated and has all you will need including an awesome pool and relaxing bathrooms.

SECURITY – Check-in and checkout are **flexible and contactless**, so you can settle in and start relaxing on your schedule.

Each guest gets their own UNIQUE access code which expires when they leave. Cameras are also in place outside for your safety.
