Perfect!

The house was clean, spacious, & newly furnished. The beachfront location at this beach was perfection. There were no crowds and the water was warm and calm. Great for swimming and beach walking. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels too. Kitchen was well furnished. Short drive to many restaurants.

Perfect vacation

The house was clean, had everything we needed and more! Great location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater, but a quick and easy trip to good restaurants and fun. The kids loved the pool, and there’s nothing better than being able to walk right out onto the beach. Perfect views and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Take me back!

Perfect Paradise

Gorgeous property with all the amenities and beautiful views. Relaxing paradise perfect for family getaway. Conveniently located to many restaurants but away from the hustle of more congested beach areas. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Florida!

The view of the ocean when we walked through the doors was amazing! The house was everything we thought it would be! The house was very accommodating to my family of nine and we loved having a more secluded beach. Joanie was great to work with when we arrived also!

Family Vacation to Clearwater

We took our kids and grandkids to Clearwater for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our crew, and the location was wonderful!! The grandchildren loved the pool, and the beach is just steps away!! The whole family enjoyed it!! Memories to last a lifetime! The only downfall we had was that the keys were not where they were supposed to be, but the property manager was very responsive and drove the extra set of keys to us. It all worked out great! We hope to come again!!

Awesome long weekend of relaxing

Went with my sisters and niece. Such a pretty place. Beautiful rooms, most amazing sunsets that we watched from the pool a couple nights! Beach is right out your back door. Does not disappoint!

Outstanding Property and Host on Belleair Beach!

The property was luxurious and the direct beach views and access were better than I imagined. The host was amazing and the property was perfectly prepared and ready for my arrival. I will definitely return to this property and highly recommend this property/host to others! 10 out of 10!!

Absolutely beautiful!

Went with family, 3 college aged kids and my husband. House was big, girls had their own quarters above garage, which was nice for them and us. View was amazing, right on beach. Close to stores/restaurants. Pool and pool deck were small, but good enough to cool off after being at beach. Overall, had a great trip!

Always Beautiful!

You really can’t beat this place! My mom and I have been coming here for quite a few years now, and plan on coming back every year! It’s always clean. The beds are comfortable. You literally walk out the back door to the pool then there’s the beach! And the location?! AMAZING!! You won’t regret staying here! And Joanie, the property manager is the sweetest lady ever!!

Perfectly Convenient

What an amazing location! Only 5 minutes from the city of Clearwater but the beach is so empty its like you are on your own private island. The owner is making a lot of improvements to the home and when completed it will be amazing! 10 adults and 1 child fit perfectly here and the place was spotless when we arrived!

Perfect units for a family reunion

Joanie and her team made the check in process so easy and were so responsive to our questions or needs. The location is stunning and we even walked the 1.7 miles to the nearby shopping and restaurants a few times. We will definitely be returning for the soft sand, sunsets, private pools, and comfortable, lux accommodations. Even the tiny Dove soaps and hair products were better quality than high end hotels! I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could.

Great family vacation

Location is perfect. The view from the house is stunning and we enjoyed having a pool right out back that also had a view. The beach is quiet and beautiful. House felt spacious for our family group of 7. It was nice to have the apartment over the garage to put the family with the 3 year old. Joanie, the manager, was responsive to our needs when we needed her. Thanks!
