Casa Lucky is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor condominium in the gated Nirú Las Casitas development in Santa Cruz Huatulco, with a master suite featuring a king bed plus a large 71 in x 81 in sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. At 106.76 m² (1,149 sq ft), the unit is generously sized and designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. This is where slow mornings, sun-filled afternoons, and relaxed evenings come naturally — exactly what a Huatulco escape should feel like.

Casa Lucky welcomes you a little differently from a typical vacation rental. Instead of a traditional interior entry, your front door opens directly into your own private outdoor retreat — a secluded patio designed for relaxation from the moment you arrive. The architectural celosía-style brickwork allows light and air to flow freely while maintaining a tucked-away, peaceful atmosphere.

Two interior sliding glass doors — one in the living room and one in the bedroom — connect the interior to this private patio, making it easy to move freely between inside and out.

Casa Lucky is located in Santa Cruz Huatulco, one of the most central and well-connected bays in Huatulco.

WHERE THE SIERRA MADRE MEETS THE SEA

Huatulco is unlike many beach destinations in Mexico. Along the southern Oaxaca coast where the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains meet the Pacific Ocean, Huatulco offers protected bays, beautiful beaches, and a noticeably more relaxed atmosphere than larger resort destinations.

Santa Cruz Bay is known for calm water and gentle surf, making it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and relaxing by the ocean.

Francisco is originally from Michoacán, Mexico, while Mateo comes from a background in senior healthcare leadership in the United States. Together, we believe great hospitality comes from clear communication, thoughtful details, and creating a stay that feels genuinely welcoming from beginning to end.

Neither of us was born in Huatulco, but both of us intentionally chose it. There’s something special here — warm water, mountain views, relaxed days, and a pace of life that makes people want to return year after year.

Electricity is included for normal daily residential use. To help maintain efficient cooling in Huatulco’s tropical climate, please keep sliding doors closed while the AC is running and turn units off when leaving the condo.

Casa Lucky includes a UV-filtered drinking water system under the kitchen sink. The filtered water is clean and safe to drink.

Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the patio, or within the development common areas.
