Welcome to this charming 1919 Charleston-style vacation home in West Palm Beach, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2,002 sq. ft. of classic Southern charm with modern comforts. Located in a historic residential neighborhood, this two-story home is a great fit for families, couples, or small groups looking for a comfortable home base close to downtown, beaches, dining, museums, and Palm Beach attractions.

The first floor includes a king bedroom and full bathroom, making it convenient for guests who prefer not to use stairs. You’ll also find a spacious living room with a 65” 4K Roku TV, a formal dining room with a beautiful Restoration Hardware dining set, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, and a cozy family room with a Bloomingdale’s sectional and another 65” 4K Roku TV.

Upstairs, the south-facing bedroom features two queen beds and Tommy Bahama furnishings, while the north-facing primary bedroom offers a king bed and plenty of storage. The upstairs bathroom includes a jetted tub for relaxing after a day exploring West Palm Beach.

One of the best features of the home is the 632 sq. ft. screened lanai with ceiling fans, LED lighting, a wet bar, and dining table for six. It overlooks the shared heated saline pool, giving the home a peaceful, resort-like feel while still being close to everything.

Enjoy access to a shared heated saline pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The pool is shared with only six other homes within the boutique property complex, creating a quiet and relaxing setting. Please note the pool’s heat pump shuts off automatically when the local temperature drops below 50 degrees.

Shared BBQ Grill
Guests also have access to a shared stainless-steel BBQ grill, perfect for cooking outside and enjoying Florida evenings. The pool and grill area are shared with the other homes in the complex, but the home itself is completely private to you during your stay.

Screened Lanai
The large screened lanai is perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, outdoor meals, or relaxing in the shade after a day at the beach.

High-Speed Wi-Fi
Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely, stream, or stay connected during your trip.

Guests have access to the entire private home, including the living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, screened lanai, high-speed Wi-Fi, 4K smart TVs, driveway parking for one vehicle, and the shared pool and BBQ area.

Parking note: The driveway has space for one car. Guests may park one additional vehicle on P Street as long as it is parked in the direction of traffic flow. Please do not park next to double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant to avoid tickets.

Great location/convenient to convention center (3 blocks). Beautiful house inside and out. Clean, well maintained and kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and accessories needed to prepare meals.Enjoyed the large covered outdoor screened-in patio and pool. Host was fabulous and responded super quick to all of our questions.Will book again if we attend any conferences in WPB again!

Perfect choice

The house was perfect for our getaway. It's in a lovely, very walkable section of the city with easy access to everything we wanted to experience in the area. The house was clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. A lot of thought obviously went into its upgrades and furnishings. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent house and host

I was extremely pleased to find that the house was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There was brand new creamer in the fridge for the coffee on the counter. The host was available anytime I had a question. I will definitely stay at this house again.
