Construit en 1936, cette maison historique monument historique est assis tranquillement dans l'une des sections les plus charmants du quartier historique de Grandview Heights. La belle Oasis Palm Beach a été récemment restauré, mis à jour et luxueusement aménagées.

Cette spacieuse maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. La propriété dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, avec une grande salle familiale, salon, salle à manger, salon / bureau, une cuisine de luxe, une charmante terrasse à l'extérieur de salle à manger, terrasse de la piscine, chaises longues et une piscine privée chauffée. This was our second stay at Palm Beach Oasis. It is a pet-friendly property in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants along Old Dixie Highway.

Quiet oasis in West Palm Beach

Spacious, charming house in quiet neighborhood, with lovely pool and patio. Perfect for a get-away to warm climate. Very easy access to various attractions and wonderful art museum.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Palm Street. The house is very comfortable, the pool area private, and the location is walking distance to a park, the Norton Museum and great shops and restaurants on Old Dixie Highway.

We knew it looked decent from the photos but it was even nicer than we thought. Fully stocked house for whatever you need. The rental staff is so kind and helpful. We will be back!

Very nice house, layout was perfect for 3 couples. Great neighborhood!

We all loved this home, the pool was awesome and the backyard really had a tropical feel! Just wish there was a way to rid it of mosquitos, but it's Florida, so no such luck! The kitchen was awesome, could use a few more cooking tools, but overall it was good! Highly recommend it!

Palm Beach - beach house

A great house in. Great location. Only a short drive / taxi over the bridge into Palm Beach or a short walk, less than 10mins to great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast and the Hive at the end of the road is a must. The house itself is spacious, well furnished-with great style. The outside space is a highlight. The pool was great relief in the summer sun.

A true Oasis

Upon returning from a trip to Florida in 2020, we made the decision to book something for the following year. We were looking and came across "Grandview Heights". To say the photos do it justice would be a complete understatement! It was a true oasis and a place we highly recommend. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is centrally located which made it easy to get around. We felt right at home!

Perfection

My family traveled to Palm Beach for my sons baseball tournament. We loved everything about the house. We had more than enough room for the four of us and the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The rental company was amazing to deal with. We fell in love with the neighborhood and Palm Beach in general. We didn’t want to leave after 8 days! We will be back!

Immaculate getaway

My sister and I shared this home over the week while I shopped for my next forever home in the area. It was perfect in every way but especially spacious, private, well kept and up dated with every need you could imagine. Sleep was a dream and the pool was a delight. We didn't use it but just listening to the waterfall and visually was dreamy. Thank you for a memorable time at 609 Palm.

I could live in that house!

Terrific location. Upscale and comfy, nice furnishings in kitchen and bedrooms. Would highly suggest some shades or darker curtains in master bedroom because the sun shines directly into that room in the early am. Bring your own lightbulbs--20W just don't do it. Great management team response. I hope to rent it again next spring.

Wonderful home in historic district

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Beach Oasis, and an oasis it surely is! The cottage layout was perfect with two bedrooms located on opposite ends with the master suite. The master suite is attached to the kitchen, unlike the description which says it is detached with covered walkway. We absolutely loved the covered patio just outside the kitchen doors with gorgeous heated pool just six steps away. The lush landscape certainly created privacy and there’s even a banana tree complete with bunches of bananas! The only thing we found less than perfect was the proximity to the train tracks. Trains are incredibly close and extremely loud, passing with whistles at least every Half hour, and sometimes more frequently than that. Also, when Trump is at Mara Largo, the air traffic is directly overhead. The convenience to the airport does counteract the planes taking off overhead. We loved the covered patio, but it’s time for cushion cleaning or replacement...they were all quite soiled. The easy walk to City Place is a plus. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations, especially Sailfish Resort Marina's restaurant....Top notch! With a gas grill and gourmet kitchen, we opted to eat in most of the time. We wish we had another week to enjoy this beautiful place.

Good news regarding the trains: after a project that the city has been working on for 10 years, starting in May, we will have a quiet zone on the train tracks, so trains will no longer blow their horns. Grandview Heights

This was a lovely house that worked well for our family. We loved the private yard with its covered patio and pool. The weather was quite warm so the pool was perfect for cooling off. Peter and Mario were very responsive and great to deal with.

Great House

The home was fantastic and as presented in the pictures and descriptions. The outdoor area in the back by the pool was our favorite place to be. Plenty of room for three adult couples (and a doggie). The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family!

We stayed over Thanksgiving and everything was great. The layout was a good fit for our family and the dogs loved it. We loved the pool and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Cozy and clean cottage

Palm Beach Oasis is lovely, clean three bedroom cottage with a new kitchen and sunny backyard & pool. It is the perfect perch for an active vacation or for staying in for quiet days and nights. The location is great: close to shops and restaurants, but still a quiet street. The house has off- street parking and the neighborhood is charming. The management was always responsive, helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay.

Fun Bungalow

We loved our stay at the Oasis. Location could not be better. Super clean. Great patio and pool area. Very nice kitchen. Great restaurants and shopping walking distance. Rick and Peter were great to work with. Only complaint was lack of closet and no TV’s in the bedroom. Master needs a chest of draws! Thank you for a wonderful two weeks.
