This is a very nice cabin,it was very clean and well stocked.The check in process was easy and location was perfect. It is very quiet and peaceful,but be aware not to leave trash or food out because bears are out

Really enjoyed our stay at Quiet Cabin in Lake Lure. Was just perfect for our weekend getaway. Location was close to town and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Clean and well appointed. Will stay here again.

This cabin was very comfortable for 2 people! It was very clean, spacious, and had a lot of amenities. The deck was the perfect place to hang out, and the jacuzzi in the bedroom was a fun bonus! Definitely would stay here again.

Adorable cabin. Very clean and us just a short drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. An absolutely wonderful place for a getaway. Highly recommend. We'll be back for sure.

The cabin was clean. Very small. No place to put luggage. No more than two people could stay here. Location was fine. Inaccurately advertised. There is no outdoor hot tub, the jacuzzi tub inside doesn’t work. It does not hold water so cannot even be used as a regular bathtub. There was no soap to bathe with in the bathroom. The washer and dryer did work and was nice to have. Couldn’t find designated garbage bin to dispose of trash when we checked out.

The stopper is located on top of the tub and is easy to find. * The garbage bins are located next to the parking area for your convenience. Very adorable, little cabin, my son and I had a good weekend minus the evacuation of Chimney Rock On Saturday evening, but that did not affect us.The only thing that I would change would be presentation and the accuracy of the pullout bed. Everything else was fine. The towels could have been newer. They actually seemed like they were or overly used for the past entire season. The ones by the bathtub were a little stained and matted, and the bed sheets were very wrinkly on the bed as if they had been sitting in the dryer. I'm a visual person so I like to see someone take a lot of care. In time that me being there is important as far as the pullout would not recommend it. It was uncomfortable and there were no sheets. My son tried to sleep on it. I forfeited, and I gave him the bedroom and I slept on the couch instead of the pullout because I brought my own blanket and pillow other than that. I think with the few small attention to details, I would have definitely scored it a 5 But presention is everything as it is with anything.

The property itself was perfect for our needs, and also reasonably priced. The check-in was unintuitive, as the code entry used an unfamiliar keypad and the instructions were incomplete. The host did not reply to messages in real time, but with a neighbor's help we got in within a few minutes.
