The home features a bright, open living space with comfortable seating and a large smart TV . The perfect place to unwind after a day on the river or exploring town. Natural light and soft, neutral tones give the space a clean, welcoming feel.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and dine in, including modern appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar setup for your morning routine. Just off the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable spot for meals, games, or planning your next adventure.

The Master bedroom features a luxury king bed, 2 night stands with charging ports , an oversized 6 drawer dresser , large closet and smart TV.

The Middle bedroom has a twin trundle bed. This bed can be used as a single twin, 2 twins or a king bed. If you’d like it made into a king for your stay please let us know at the time of your booking. This room also has a large smart TV.

The 3rd bedroom is a converted garage . It has central AC & heat. It also has a queen sized sleeper sofa ,smart TV, pub table and air hockey table.

The office space is located just off the middle bedroom and has a large desk, lamp and WiFi printer. We also keep the fold away bed , play pen and high chair in this room.

The full bathroom has beautiful granite counters and a tub shower combo.

The additional half bath adds convenience for groups and families.

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard and deck area, complete with outdoor dining and seating for 6. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing under the Texas sky. The space is great for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
