-Access Keys: FOBs will be provided following registration at the front desk. FOBs must be returned at checkout; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee for replacement.

-Smoke-Free Property: NoMad Residences is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on Association property, inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of the building.
-Luggage & Deliveries: The front desk does NOT hold personal belongings, luggage, or food deliveries. All food, grocery, and retail deliveries must be met in the lobby. Deliveries are not allowed to go up to the units.
-Dress Code: Appropriate attire, including clothing and closed-toe shoes, is required in all interior common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators.
Trash Disposal: All trash must be tied in bags and fit easily inside the trash chute opening located on the floor.
-Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 registered pets per unit, not exceeding 50 pounds combined. Pets must be kept on a leash and are not permitted in common areas, including the pool, lobby, or lounges. Pets may not be left unattended on the balcony.
-First-Day Essentials: Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic supplies (such as hand soap, body soap, toilet paper, and towels) to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.
