Welcome to Pelican Rock, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This charming Door County cabin sits right on the Bay of Green Bay and is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway.



The Space:

Featuring 2 cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and twin bed setup, the home offers stunning picturesque windows that fill the space with natural light and beautiful waterfront views.



Step outside and enjoy the unmatched outdoor space, complete with a covered deck, propane fire table, and four Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay. Guests also have access to a private boat launch, perfect for launching small watercraft such as kayaks or jet skis for a day on the water.



This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs, with an additional fee collected at booking.

- Large gravel area leading to boat launch large enough for trailer parking



Water Access:

- 120 feet of private Green Bay waterfront

- Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically between June and September (not available summer of 2026)

- Property has small boat launch. The water is low so small watercraft launching only. Might be deep enough to launch a jet ski, however; please note that water levels fluctuate between seasons.

- Large Public boat launch about 12 minutes north at Chaudoirs Dock

- Watercraft docking is allowed

- Water is approximately zero feet deep at entry.

- Shore is stone and sand. Water shoes are recommended.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
