Enjoy the best of Indian Shores from a private waterfront house with your own dock and the Gulf beach just a 2-minute walk away. You'll have an entire home, private yard, and waterfront patio, with plenty of space to relax between beach days. Watch for dolphins, fish from the dock, or enjoy your morning coffee by the water before heading to the beach.

Traveling with extended family? The neighboring home may also be booked separately, offering space for up to 12 guests across two homes when both are available.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (can sleep up to 8) and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living areas, a full kitchen, and dining space.


Sleeping arrangements:

• Primary bedroom: king bed and TV
• Second bedroom: queen bed
• Living room: queen sleeper sofa and TV
• Additional living area: queen sleeper sofa


The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and includes a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and basic cooking essentials.


Waterfront & outdoor space

The backyard overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and includes a waterfront patio, outdoor dining for 6, lounge chairs, grill, and private dock with bench seating. There is also an outdoor shower located on the side of the house for rinsing off after the beach.

Guests can fish from the dock and may spot dolphins, boats, fish, birds, and other coastal wildlife. Dolphins are frequently seen from the property.

Boaters welcome: Approved boats up to 32 feet may be tied to the private dock during your stay. The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Beach essentials: We provide beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon.

Families are welcome, and a Pack 'n Play, stroller, games, and cards are available.

Free on-site parking is available in the driveway.


Neighborhood

Indian Shores is a relaxed Gulf Coast beach community where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, and waterfront without being far from the area's larger attractions.

Beach access is approximately a 2-minute walk from the home (186th Ave Beach Access Park). Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby, with additional dining, entertainment, and attractions a short drive away.

Popular nearby destinations include John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, Splash Harbour Water Park, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary.

Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Tampa Bay attractions are also accessible by car.


Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home, including the dock, patio, yard, and other outdoor spaces.

A small owner’s closet off the primary bedroom is kept locked and is not accessible to guests. The boat lift is also not available for guest use.

Self check-in is available through keyless entry.

We’re available through VRBO messaging throughout your stay and are happy to help with questions or local recommendations while respecting your privacy.


Other details to note

Waterfront safety

The home is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and has a seawall and private dock. The backyard and seawall are not fenced, and the dock does not have a permanent handrail. There is no permanent fence or railing preventing access to the water.

Children must be closely supervised around the dock, seawall, and water. Pets must also be closely supervised whenever outside, as they can access the road, seawall, and water.

Swimming, diving, and jumping from the dock are not permitted. Waterfront activities, including fishing, are at the guest's own risk.


Pets

Pets are welcome. Please note that the property is not fenced, so pets must be closely supervised whenever outside.


Gulf Boulevard

The home is located on Gulf Boulevard, a busy coastal roadway. Please use caution when entering and exiting the property and closely supervise children and pets while outside.


Fishing

Guests may fish from the private dock, and are responsible for following all applicable state and local regulations.


Boat use

Approved boats up to 32 feet may use the private dock during the stay. The boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests bringing a boat are responsible for complying with all applicable boating and waterway regulations.

Nearby public boat-launch facilities are available for guests bringing boats (County of Pinellas Boat Ramp).


Neighboring home

The neighboring home accommodates up to 6 additional guests and may be booked separately when available. When both homes are available, they can accommodate up to 12 guests combined. Each home has its own reservation, occupancy limit, and house rules.


Water Conservation

Indian Shores is currently under water-use restrictions due to drought conditions. Please help conserve this important resource by being mindful of water usage and avoiding unnecessary water use during your stay. Please follow all current applicable local water-use regulations.


Other

We love hosting families and responsible travelers! To protect our home and maintain good relationships with our neighbors, we have a strict no parties policy and require the primary renter to be 25 years of age or older. The person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay.

Indian Shores continues to experience recovery and improvement projects following recent hurricanes, so construction, repairs, or other work may be visible or audible in the surrounding area.
