Joyce's Place est une propriété pittoresque de 3 unités située sur le fabuleux Gulf Boulevard à Indian Shores, en Floride. Gulf Boulevard traverse le centre de l'étroite bande de terre bordée à l'ouest par le golfe du Mexique et à l'est par la voie navigable inter-côtière.

The only reason this place is 4 stars is because the listing was more than misleading about the unit. To use their response ‘it’s an older unit’. Without a doubt a great location and a fabulous space. And we’d happily rent it again.

Advertised as having an elevator, however upon arrival we’re told it hasn’t worked in quite a long time. Primary shower had to be repaired while we were there and second toilet rocked as it was not secure. Many repairs and maintenance needs.

Beautiful stay on the beach

The views were beautiful from the balconies on both sides of the house! The areas were large and open. The furniture and decor were outdated but everything was functional. There were a few things that didn’t work very well, but I have taken that up with the property manager.

Life on the Beach

Stayed at this rental on a long vacation with my boys. It is a large three bedroom space with all of the amenities you can need. Within walking distance of good food, too.The beach access is amazing. The pool is heated and clean as well.Would stay here again.

Beach is gorgeous. Balcony is perfect with 2 tables and 2 comfy chairs. Inside is comfortable and has what is needed. Overall great stay!

Our family of four stayed at this location. We loved that we could walk right out onto the beach and that beach supplies were available for our use. The view from the balcony was great.

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of Carter Vacation strengths in the rental industry. I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was instantly fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns. During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career. My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started. My team and I have worked hard over the years and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suits each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Vacation Rental business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals. I, along with my team understand the importance of anticipating the guest's needs as well as treating each guest with complete respect during their vacation getaway. We take great pride in serving you. We are here for you. So choose one of our properties and soon you will be enjoying a "little slice of paradise" on the beautiful barrier island.
