Exactly what a family of 4 wants when travelling. The house was very cute, cozy, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It was 10 minutes from downtown Franklin shops and restaurants and within 10 minutes of the Brownland Farm. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Franklin. The host was also very responsive to questions and accommodating. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone travelling to Franklin.
