Property is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and to the Rehoboth boardwalk. Check in process was easy, property was very clean. Host was quick to reply with questions concerning the property. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo at The Flats. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the quality of everything—from the kitchenware to the linens—was outstanding. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even more beautiful in person than it looked in the Vrbo pictures and was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was also extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, beach chairs, and other thoughtful extras.This condo is also incredibly family-friendly. We really appreciated that the owner provided a high chair and Pack ’n Play, which made traveling with little ones so much easier and more convenient.The owner was wonderful and incredibly helpful. They provided clear instructions for everything in the condo, along with great suggestions for local beaches, activities, and things to do during our stay. We especially appreciated the parking pass for Dewey Beach!We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our beach vacation. We would absolutely love to stay here again next summer!

An exceptional vacation experience from start to finish. The condo was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every amenity needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
